It has small, raised, almost clear looking bumps on the red patch. Maybe about 10 bumps total or so. That is the only spot on her body. I noticed it a few days ago. Today, my daughter threw up several times and can't keep anything down. I'm not sure if they are related, or she could of had a stomach bug that was unrelated. Should I take her to the doctor to get the rash checked out?
I have a red, raised circle. It isn't a ring; it's about the size of a quarter on my upper thigh, and is not itchy. It is sore and is almost completely red, with some very small spots inside of it that aren't. It does not look like ringworm, it is not scaly. Any ideas what it could be?
a few days ago i noted a medium sized patch of red raised bumps in the middle of my back the rest of my skin still itches alot but the bumps arent that itchy they are however a little bit tender to pressure, wearing a bra has been very very uncomfortable, cortosone cream has not been very much help gold bond medicated cream is helping a little but not much.....what is this and what do you reccommend ??
i have few slightly raised bumps on my hand and arm. I am worrying that this might be something else. They look like red rashes and I don't know what causes them. It doesn't look like an allergy coz they don't appear in groups, they eventually go away but now, they came back. They don't look like pimples either. What could be causing these red bumps?
I have an itchy blotchy rash on my back, with several raised bumps (there are no blisters/heads to them). The whole red area is about the size of the palm of my hand, excluding my fingers.
It started a couple months ago as a couple bumps where my bra strap is sewn into the back part of my bra (note:not a new bra). I really thought it was just the bra that was itching and tried several different bras (new & old).
Herpes would not appear so quickly and probably not as a widespread rash as you describe. When you say welts though, do you mean red rash with raised bumps like a mosquito bite? No fluid or anything inside?
If that's the case, it sounds like an immune allergic reaction, try some antihistamine tablets and see what happens. Of course follow up with a doctor when you can.

No idea what this is -- but recently noticed that there were tons (like maybe 300-400) 'raised' bumps on chest. Reason didn't notice it before was because they are close to the skin color, and you can only really notice them when you look at them at an angle. Any idea what that is, and how to get rid of it? Incidentally, there also seem to be a bunch of tiny brown spots that also seem to be spreading at maybe a rate of 4-5/week.

i have had oral sex (receiving) from few partners, and had previous outbreaks of cold-sores. however, last week, i noticed a rash starting to spread around my thighs and even to my calf and ankles. they're red, and not bumps or raised. they're pretty small, almost the size of a pimple...
i also noticed around 5 small raised bumps on my penis foreskin, though they're not as red as the rashes on my legs, and have no pus or fluid in them.
does this sounds like hsv 2 to anyone?
The outbreaks occur at least 3 to 4 times a month and last for about 3 days. The rash is a red raised bump on the back of her legs, ususally about 4-6 bumps on each leg and up near her butt. They are about the size of a nickel or quarter. The doctors ruled out ring worm, and say it is a form of eczema. But the cream and ointment they gave me for this eczema has never worked for her. It also seems when these bumps appear, she gets tiny red bumps near her eyes and gets a runny nose too.
There are about 7 of them now and they are about the size of a mosquito bite, they are raised red bumps and look / feel like they are scabbing over. They just started yesterday.

I recently went to an extremely wooded area where poison ivy definitely could have been a possibility. I have also gotten several mosquito bite-like red bumps around the main rash. One is on my left hip around the waist line, back near my waist line, my inner thigh about 3 inches from my groin, and there are a couple in my pubic hair. I also have a raised red line that itches like crazy on my lower back that has a couple itchy red spots around it.
s, the bumps are all over the backs off my knees, but my thighs, its like a cluster off smaller red bumps, and on the front off my thigh, there are alot off spread out red patches, that are very itchy, (on both legs). Every night (only at night) for the past few nights I get an itchy rash on my wrists, behind my ears, and on the upper part of my stomach. I've had this itchy rash thingy for months. I woke up one night and I was itching all over. The rash wasn't visible then, but it is now in the form of little red bumps. A few of them are raised with scabs in the middle. They itch constantly. Showering used to help but now it doesn't at all. I tried showering with yogurt in the begining and that helped for a while. hi, about 8 weeks ago i noticed a rash on my body and face, mainly chest arms and shoulders had LOTS of small red bumps. on my face and neck i had lots of small skin coloured bumps. bout a week after the outbreak i went to the sti clinic and had some warts removed and i was given some cream for them, and antibiotics and some other pills for a bacterial penis infection. i told her about my rash and she said it isnt related.
The rash has varies in intensity and has heightened sensitivity to the unaffected areas, and also contains small raised red bumps. It usually goes within 3-4 days.
Not sure if this is linked but I have previously been diagnosed with and treated for chlamydia (over 6 months ago), and have been cleared of STDs using urine and blood samples very recently.
I have had this rash for about a month now, they are characterized by red raised bumps sporatically patterned with dry skin that flkes off. they are no itchy unless I see the dry skin then want to scratch it off, but that is more of a psychological issue than a symptom i believe. the first place i noticed anything was line on my arm looking like a scratch mark, then i noticed a few raised bumps on my hand and now they are everywhere except for my face.
