Avatar f tn After 6 weeeks of Phase 3 i went back to Phase 2 to lose more and lost to 37 pounds. This time when I went to Phase 3 i did not follow the diet and gained back to 24. After the holidays I went back to Phase 2 again, which is where i currently am, and hope to get to 40 before this round is over. I plan to faithfully stick with Phase 3 this time to maintain. As for your question about a cheap plase to buy the HCG... I buy all of mine on ebay. I have never used the shot but u can buy it there too.
1222076 tn?1423031349 When I'm not on diet pills I do some exercises, but it doesn't work because I can't do it regularly because of my busy schedule, so I decided to search online were I found this pills Acaislim, and it amazingly worked on me, on taking it I don't skip any meals, because the pills itself suppressed my diet and that caused me to lose weight. I think it's reasonably priced too.

According to Gary Taubes, author of “Why We Get Fat and What to do about it”, rice, like all grains, will raise insulin levels and thus promote fat storage. Also, from my own experience, limiting food portions won’t work. Sure, you’ll lose weight by staving yourself but eventually it will all come back to you. I needed to have my back adjusted anyway but what he said really made me feel better. I don't like pills that speed up a person because of caffeine and I don't like repressing my appetite and forgetting to eat. I thought Lean Balance looked like the safest approach.

With increase in age you need lesser calories in your diet and it is difficult to lose the extra weight with increase in age. An 18-20 year old in 1st pregnancy can easily lose the extra baggage compared to 30+ pregnant woman. Avatar f tn It might help you to not call it a diet....call it a food plan....If your husband is overweight,try to get him involved,too...............pay attention to calories! That is the most important thing to do....try to eat healthy food....fruits,veggies,lean meats,etc......get rid of the chips,cookies,....all that junk food!! Easier said than done...been there and done that!!! Throw in alittle exercise every day...walk as much as you can....i park in the far end of the parking lot at our stores....

I plan to continue the diet regimen the doctor has given to me, while gradually increasing my caloric intake to the RDA. I currently weigh 127 and I'm 4"11 1/2 which means all my weight is in my thihgs and belly (have 2 kids). so I want a fresh start ...and HCG will help me get the ball rolling. I joined the gym work out 3x week and plan on being 105lbs which was my pre-baby weight.

I know you are only suppose to have 500 hundred calories a day; what happens if you get in 501calories? How can you be so precise????
Avatar n tn Prior to being diagnosed I started to lose weight on weight watchers. I didn't lose very fast but it still came off. Once I started medication I reached my goal. Well my thyroid has beena roller coaster and I was actually getting to the optimal ranges and started gaining despite the fact that I continue to follow my weight watchers points. I even dropped to weight loss points and continue to slowly gain. I had a set back in November and my tsh was high and T3 was low.

It does seem to be difficult with neuro symptoms (at least for me) to tell if diet is having any effect, especially if it takes a while to see the effect and there are all sorts of other mysterious factors that could be causing changes in your condition. If you stopped eating something and felt better in a day or two that would be one thing... On the other hand, it can't hurt to eat more nutritional food and less junk.
