405614 tn?1329144114 Thanks Kathy for the link.... I will admit I do get AARP's magazine and am a card carrying member :-) They have great health resources and you don't have to be 50+ to read them online.
Avatar f tn After reading daily all the challenges everyone is going through, the common "I can't take it" statement, I came upon this article in the Men's Health magazine from the doc next door (Dr. Jeffrey T Junig) who advises in the doctor forum of addiction on medhelp. His story has truly inspired me and I hope that it will all of you as well. WARNING !! It can be quite disturbing to some, but it makes you think...if HE overcame all of that.....then surely we can as well.

Anyway now I just get the free alerts when new articles are published, which includes abstracts. I'm better off saving my money for literature better suited to my layperson's comprehension level. Still miss getting those packages in the mail every other month though!

Avatar m tn You would definitely want to ask your doctor that question. I saw an article in a medical magazine in a hospital waiting room that said that the sperm are a bigger factor in health of a baby than previously realized. Smoking, drinking, poor sleep, poor diet, high stress, and toxins all take a toll on sperm, weakening them. I think it's a great question and worth researching.
Avatar m tn s NOT true that self-pleasuring leads to high risk of prostate cancer. In fact, almost everything you read in any popular magazine is junk. You're 16, and your hormones are raging. Sex is your JOB. That's what your body is telling you. Accept it, and it will serve you well. Here's some accurate information for you. Let’s talk about what we DO know about self-pleasuring.
