reactive non stress test during pregnancy

im 33 weeks and have been getting non stress tests every week because my baby has SUA. Last week and this week the test was non reactive. Meaning she failed. They did ultrasounds and said the baby is good still.. I just don't know what to think even though the doctor said its good im still really worried.

non stress test is when they lay you on an exam table and strap on fetal monitures to the belly to moniture the baby's activity. i started mine at around 24 weeks. it usually took me 10-20 minutes but my 2 were super active and they got all the information they needed in that time. the tech told me some women were there for as long as 2-3 hours. so it all depends on your little bun and how active s/he is. if you have a good tech it's not so bad.

I am 40 + 2 as of today. I have a non stress test in the morning and was wondering what exactly do they do and how long does it usually take?

Thank you so much for your reply ..yes my doctor ordered hep c RNA yesterday and now I'm waiting for the results .how long it will take to get results back .the guy at laboratory told me it will take w4-48 hours but I just called today to get updates and the girl there told me it will take 3-5 days .. This waiting period is killing me.. I'm not able to take proper rest or eating at this time in my pregnancy.

I've had a non-stress test done during my pregnancy. It's really easy and a bit boring. You go in, they hook you up to this machine and monitor baby movements and their heartbeat after.

The 6 week test (blood hiv test) given my doctor and the NON- REactive result enought? Should I get tested again? Can these symptoms also be cause by stress since my job is very hectic?

I eat b4 I go in and drink during the whole test but it doesnt help like it should. Neither do the pep-talks! Lol anyone have any ideas how I can get these appts. Over with quicker? The hrs at the hospital are killing me. Ive had biophysical profiles done and everything looks great so I know hes fine. Help....

During pregnancy they give you a non stress test and they only do so if they have probably cause that something is wrong with your health our the baby's. Do you have any medical issues like diabetes or something?

Then after a 1 month i repeted again the same test its shows that RPR is Non reactive and TPHA non reactive..it is mean that is false positive when i have test in the first time.It is mean that i already clear for any infections?

Rpr test measures the number of syphilis specific antibodies that your immune system produces to fight the infection, its a routine screening test for pregnant women as it is fast, and progress of the disease can be extrapolated of it. Now the only reason for consern that I see here is only if you had sex with a syphilis carrier days before the test. Otherwise you are fine. For all of these issues you can always talk to your doctor, he or she will explain :)).

I am at the end of pregnancy i and have just tested for stdS include hepaB and HIV. They were non reactive. My husband took hiv test and was negative too. But, before my husband i had unprotected vaginal sex with few guys. The last unprotected sex was six and a half years ago. The HIV test i took now, during my pregnancy is 3rd generation ANTIBODY test. Is that test good enough after many years of risk sex or is it better for me to take combo test?
