5 cm (on the perimeter of the armpit only on the right side)They have always been reddish, and itchy. I also have a patch of the rash on my chin, under my lower lip. The facial rash isn't itchy, but it has existed for the same duration and I have NEVER had acne.
I've been using over-the-counter cortizone lotion with limited success. It decreases the inflammation but doesn't seem to stop the growth (in terms of sq.cm).
What could this be!?!?! I haven't recently changed ANYTHING!
The rash is spreaded from my left lower lip all the way to the right lower lip area. So i basically it covers my entire lower lip area, it felt raw and there was a burning sensation yesterday but that has subsided.
The rash is now tender, dry, tight, Flakey and itches mildly to moderately on and off, it is red in appearance and now i am see lighter skin blotches in the rash area. I have not picked at it and i try not to scratch it..

I have a red rash under my lower lip on the vermilion border. It's been here for about 6 months already. My dermatologist said it's lip licker's dermatitis, but I don't lick my lips a lot. He prescribed me hydrocortisone and other medications, nothing seems to work. Its almost lik a thin red line under my lip, connected to my lip. Similar to lip liner. Anyone have any advice on what this might be, or how to get rid of it?
The other is cheilitis granulomatosa. Cheilitis glandularis affects the lower lip almost exclusively, although it has been reported to affect the upper lip. It presents as black marks due to puncta of the salivary gland swelling. Then viscous clear secretions and crusting may be there.
I suggest you to consult a good dermatologist and get a culture sensitivity of the fluid sample from lip and biopsy of the lip done to confirm the diagnosis.

I have a reddish rash in the corners of my mouth, tightness around the outline of the lips, and a feeling of increased roughness (like there is some abnormal friction) on the inside of the lips, especially on the inside of the lower lip which causes it to be caught in the chewing process and be bitten, swollen, and got caught in even more. The corners of my mouth crack also, and that hurts. All this has been going on for about a month by now.
Have you been diagnosed with HPV? It sounds like your just guessing because if it was a wart why not get it removed?
I had one small lump appear on the inside of my lower lip around 18 months ago. Around 2-3 months ago lots of small lumps appeared almost overnight under my lips. Now there are a significant number of lumps of different sizes, including some large, flat lumps, on my lower and upper inside lip, under the skin. It feels like a couple of the small lumps have grown into long, thin growths, again under the skin, inside my lip.
I have a white line on my lower lip, it's almost under my lip. You can't really tell it's there unless I stretch the lip out. Without doing that, it just looks like there is a tiny crease in my lip. I don't know if I've always had this and am just noticing it now, or if it is something new. I gave a guy oral about two weeks ago, so I'm not sure if it has something to do with that. I'm pretty worried though.

Hi, i kissed my girl friend many times and she seems to develop sebhoric dermatitis look alike rash under her nose and sometimes under her lower lip. She told me that she used to have this around her nose in winters but never experienced these kind of rashes on the lips skin. What possibly that could be ? I have sebboric dermtitis too and dandruff too. She also had a nodular acne like bump on her arm which lasted for quite a while and she said she never had that before too.

about a week after last exposure, have pain in testicles/ lower ab and irritating but not itchy rash on penis, sore throat, small spot on upper lip white and not painful. Afraid I might have herpes, went to urologist, said rash was nothing, diagnosed prostatitis, gave me 1g dose of anti-biotic and 2 weeks of cipro. Rash didn't look any worse but was giving me a burning feeling. Went to dermatologist (today), also said rash wasn't herpes.
2011, raised lesion with irregular border develops on inside lower left lip. Over the next 3 months a similar lesion develops on the right side (inside lower lip). The two lesions simultaneously get mildly inflamed, develop dead skin the next day, on the 3rd day the dead skin is gone and lesions are quiet again. The 3 day sequence repeats every 10 to 15 days and is still currently going on.
I can feel them slightly with my tongue and a lot more with my fingers if I feel along the inside of my lower lip area. I suspect they’ve been there a long time but I only noticed how many there are recently. I get regular dental checkups and I had a full exam 2 months ago with panoramic X-rays and the dentist has never mentioned them.
Wondered if anyone else has similar or any idea what they might be? Plan to ask the dentist next time I’m in but thought I’d ask here too. Thanks.
It should be noted that my neck is not swollen on the outside nor do I feel anything swollen under my neck or lower jaw areas. But when I think the structure causing the sensation is at the junction between (and under) my lower jaw and upper part of my neck. It is not painful, but some how discomforting.

This blister can be a mucocele even. It is a rubbery, bubblelike painles swelling. It is usually inside the lower lip,under the tongue or the inside of mouth and caused mainly by biting the lips or trauma during eating of food.

Usually it goes away on its own. But if it does not, then corticosteroid injections and surgical removal by scalpel or laser are done by a dermatologist. It then has to be differentiated from other mucocutaneous lesions also.
In the next week it has developed into a patch rash on my lower lip. It is not a bumpy rash, it is just red itchy and ugly. I have been applying Abreva and cortisone. One of the two seemed to work and dry it out. On August 22 I went to the doc and by this time it was dry. The doc did a blood test and it came back negative. It is now the first week of September and the rash is back to being red and itchy because I stopped using the Abreva and cortisone....
i have had a rash above my lip for about a week or two now. I put this cheap chapstick on my lip and all of a sudden it got all red and I figured my skin gets irritated by chapstick and to never use it again. So since every five minutes I cannot move my upper lip, I put vaseline on it. I have been doing this for the two weeks I have had it about three times a day. It stops the burning and lets me move my lip, but is doesn't make the redness go away.
