I believe it started with my toes, where the first layer of skin started just peeling off on the sides and bottom, eventually I started spotting small circles on my hands. But my hands I cannot tell whether they are getting better. the circles all eventually spread from palms, to sides of fingers, and the small circles would get bigger, and eventually connect to other circles until theres a big spot of skin missing.

I googled up my problem and I read that after Strep infection some people develop Scarlet fever and eventually develop skin peeling (desquamation) on the fingers. But the problem is that I never got Scarlet fever because I never got a rash; I did get Strep for almost 2 weeks so I was wondering if that may be the cause.
Help me please, can one develop desquamation without developing Scarlet fever? (only strep infection). Or even Scarlet fever with no rash?

I was wondering what the cause of a rash on the forearms (that eventually spreads over the arm over 1.5 weeks), followed by peeling tender skin in areas where the rash existed is. Apparently, the peeling skin spreads to the palms, thighs, and torso through contact 4 weeks after the rash was first observed.

I have skin peeling in circular areas on my clitoris, also the corners of my mouth. To tell you the truth, the skin peels on my mouth after i give oral sex. I thought that maybe i could have herpes but the blood test came out negative. The skin peeling on my vagina seems to happen when i'm on or right after my period. It has happen before. Is it possible, considering, the fact that it peels in a circular way, and i have skin peeling on my mouth, that the test could've been wrong?
Hello, hoping someone can help me out. I have skin that is peeling on the bottom half of my palm and only on the one hand. It just seems to be one layer that is peeling. It does not hurt nor is it red or rashy. Just really flaky and seems to be irritated more after I shower or wash my hands. Have a feeling its nothing serious just very annoying and unattractive. Could it just be from excessive washing?? I do TRY to moisturize often after I wash my hands.
Any ideas on what I can do?
I have this friend who asked me to do this for her. She's younger than me. She has peeling skin on her toes. It's pretty bad and she's doesn't think it's Athlete's foot because it doesn't itch and it's not red. It's peeling on her toes only and it's starting to spread very slightly on the balls of her foot. I am trying to figure out why my skin is peeling of my fingers. It started a week ago with something that looked like a boil that had dried up the skin became white and it came off. When I peel them the skin easily comes off in small sheets. There is no redness, no pain, no itching, just alot of peeling skin. I had this condition last summer, but dissapeared in the winter, and has now shown up again even though it is not really hot yet. It happens on my palsm and fingers but not on the back side of my hands. Please help me and tell me what this condition is, even though there is no pain, it is very unsightly.
I am a 22 year old male and i am facing the problem of peeling skin since the past 3-4 years. This phenomenon takes place at the center of the right thumb.
