Weight estimates on an ultrasound are just that. They can be a few pounds off. With my first they were almost 3 lbs off. He was smaller then what they estimated.

4 on Tuesday and est fetal weight was 4.14... On the growth chart he was 31st percentile. He was in the 30s 5 weeks ago too. Drs said he was perfect size. I wouldn't worry unless you have other indicators he's not growing well.

I m nearly 28wks n i have no idea how much baby weighs n how long he is... My last u/s was at 20wks as all uk ladies know thy dont tell weight n size... I m really worried as i feel my tummy is not growing although i m measuring exactly every week... My question is will my midwife tell me if i ask abt weight n size of baby?? I just want piece of mind that hes gaining some weight aswell?!. I m ftm n i dont know whether thy answer these questions??

At each of my ultrasounds so far they have done the estimates of the weight based on all of the measurements of him.

I craved fruit like crazy they thought I was eating sweets with my second he always measured big they figured he would come early he was always top of chart or off chart and I had him one day before due date with no drugs natural birth he was 8 pounds 14 Oz

00 D = 20/1000 There was no source for this chart. Thus, I have no idea how credible it is. I suspect there are better estimates out there. And, that the formula is not so simple as the denominator of the Snellen chart = - 100 times the prescription in diopters. If someone could share a more precise conversion table, its source, and the underlying math that would be greatly appreciated.

How do you know the right amount of calories and fat needed for your specific weight and body type? I've gone to several different websites and each tells me a different number? Can anyone help?

Weight estimates are based on various measurements of length. There is no way to take the baby out and put it on a scale. Don't get all stressed and either believe they know exactly what your baby weighs, or think .8 of an ounce means a problem.

Ive just seen your chart hun,your chart hasnt given you a coverline yet,as its unable to determind ovulation,when was your last period.and do you have previous charts,going by this one it shows you O'd on cd11 unless you have very short cycles its unlikely,personally Im not sure you have o'd yet.

that was the ONLY thing you could use on a puppy.....You better check, as the dangers of pestisides on a new puppy, are NOT worth the risk.....Check out the Frontline Spray....At least go to their webpage and read what it says before you do either.......

35w3d today and went in to check on fluid, growth, and placental sufficiency because of my gestational diabetes. I know fluid estimates aren't really accurate but that looked perfectly normal at about 24cm, and I know for sure that weight estimates are basically wild guesses but it didn't make me any less terrified when she told me that with more than four weeks left to go, baby looks to be about 7lbs 14oz. I wouldn't listen to the weight chart thing, I'm nearly 35 weeks amd ever since a set up this app it has been telling me av been gaining too much weight, av never worried as think it is probably better to be gaining to much than not enough.

Also you have to remember that ultrasounds can be off by up to two pounds weight estimates from an ultrasound are just estimated weight sometimes they can't measure everything like they're supposed to which can throw off the exact weight if your dr isn't worried too much you shouldn't worry you still have a few weeks for baby to put on some weight :)

I am using an ovulation calendar and at the bottom of the chart it has 3 different numbers. So, I didn't exactly understand. Would I ovulate 13 days into the cycle or 16 days? I figured it was giving me crazy numbers since I missed the month of July (first time missing a month without being preg).

The puppy food package will often tell you how much to feed him according to his size/weight.. Give the puppy water not milk.. Keep him warm and give him lots of love If his not up to date with his vaccinations get him vaccinated ASAP.. I would always recommend that you neuter him at around 10 months. Chew toys are a great idea for puppies, they enjoy them and it will save your furniture and shoes :) Your pup will be ok..

I agree with worriedbabe. Also, as a general rule of thumb baby will put on about 0.5Ib/week from now until birth - if you make it till 40 weeks that about another 5-ish Ibs. Bare in mind though, that is just a general estimate of weight gain and doent mean that will apply to your baby.

I'm 36 weeks and at my appointment yesterday they told me baby is weighing about 7.7 pounds and its estimated that he will be born a 9 pounder, has anybody else got estimates and they've been wrong?
