Your Dr. can give you a drug test at any time. I get one at every visit, it show's the medication and the amounts in my system. He could have recently eaten a lot of poppy seeds just prior to the screening, sometimes that will cause a false positive test. More realistically he ingested a drug (narcotic) that showed up in the screen. THC (pot/weed) will not show as morphine.
Trigger point injections will also not cause a positive on a drug screening. There are several narcotics that will show up as morphine.

But I just want to let you know...I've had more than a few moms on here who thought they could fool a drug test by stopping well before delivery, but they don't realize that meconium will test positive no matter when you smoked.

You should do a niason flush and drink cranberry juice and drink lots and lots of water. If thc is showing up in your urine it will show up in your blood. Urine tests are less sensitive than blood tests. Thc is stored in your fat cells. If you have been smoking for years there is a lot of buildup so my advice is to go on a complete system flush and give it about a month.

That makes sense right? I failed my drug test because my fat cells are working over time constantly to keep every bit of fat my body has left. So even if I quit and was detoxing myself, because my fat cells cant leave, because I don't eat I'll still be positive? And for how long?
In your previous post that you wrote at the end of December you stated that you smoked Marijuana for 2 weeks and then tested positive for THC. This contradicts what you have written today and might change the mode by which this is handled, especially if your dr had reason to believe you may have smoked.
And what you read is correct. THC will NOT be in your system at detectable levels from typical 2nd-hand smoke exposure.
I take Protonix to control my gerd. An allergist recommended this and it does seem to make a difference. Does anyone else take these types of meds to control their gerd and, ultimately, help with asthma? I cannot get Protonix any longer through my health insurance and was wondering if someone took something else as effective. Prilosec and Nexium do not have as good as effect as Protonix for me. Thanks.
