he is not having opiate withdrawal if he is taking sub. Why the dexedrine and for how long? If you are thinking drug withdrawal you probably should look at the benzodiazepines and the amphetamine. From my experience sub was worthless as a pain medication. So he may really be in pain. Does he have an organic reason for pain?
