Is your doctor aware of the Propranolol use? Sometimes when see different doctors, communication of what all we are on doesn't happen as it should. So, that's first. That the doctor is aware of all meds you currently take both prescribed and OTC. SSRI's can be used with beta blockers generally. You will find patients on both without issues.

There is such a thing as off-label drug use. At this time, ARB therapy for aortic aneurysms would be considered an off-label use of ARBs -- unless, of course, the patient was hypertensive and needed an ARB for blood pressure control, totally aside from any aneurysm considerations.

I am a 30 year old female that has suffered from depression, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD since childhood. I have been on at least 7 different medications over the years that have and have not worked for various symptoms; however, I can't find one that works for them all. I have been taking 50 mg of Zoloft for about 3 years and it works great for my depression and the best thing I've ever taken for my OCD, but my anxiety is worse than it has ever been.

Results vary among people, but, for migraines, I was taking 240 mg Inderal LA (Propranolol slow release) every day, in divided doses, I was fine. One site I just viewed suggested dosing as 40mg twice a day of Standard Propranolol or 80 mg Slow Release once a day.
For the Standard Propranolol, they listed 640 mg as the maximum per day, in divided doses, so you're clearing that by a wide margin.
If your anxiety disorder does not include performance anxiety as a major component, you may consider weaning off Propranolol, after consulting with your psychiatrist. Sertraline is expected to take care of the anxiety as well as the depression. Also, if you notice any changes in your blood pressure, pulse or other symptoms related to enhanced action of Propranolol, you can always adjust the dose to achieve the best possible outcome (again, with your psychiatrist's review).
