I had to take antibiotics just a couple of weeks ago for BV. My midwife told me to take a pro-biotic while taking the anti-biotics because you want to replenish your body with the good bacteria that should be there. I am now going through a very very slight yeast infection (my first ever) It will be fine to take a pro-biotic, it's just like eating yogurt, only you don't have to eat the yogurt. Of course, you should always mention it to your doc.

if it is due to taking antibiotics, try eating plain yogurt while taking the antibiotics...this will prevent a yeast infection from even begining.

Its very common to get multiple yeast infections during pregnancy. There isn't really any way of preventing as hormones change constantly. Speak with your doctor to see about preventatives but I've learned they don't help much.

Good luck. Sometimes these can be hard to shake. I took three rounds of antibiotics for uti but I used to get yeast infections. I dont think it is harmful to th e baby. You cant suffer and be stressed or that is upsetting to the baby too. Good luck!! Thinking of you!!

What exactly can you do if you have been seen and been treated for yeast infections and no antibiotics oral or suppository has worked to get rid of it? You just need to be careful cause i think yhey say they cause yeast infections which can be harmful to your baby. So i would just make sure your doctor is approving them.
