Common Questions and Answers about Prenatal vitamins side effects

The Vitamin E and Omega 369 should be fine also, but I would check that you are not overdoing it if you take the prenatalvitamins. (As many prenatalvitamins have some of these already in them.) I do not know anything about Angus Cactus. You should ask a pharmacist about that one.
If you have been trying for 7 years, you should have consulted with a fertility specialist (not just a gynaecologist) after 6 months of TTC with no results though!
I have been looking at possibly trying to take premama, which is supposed to not have sideeffects. I am not sure if it will give me all of the vitamins I need though. Is this vitamin fine or do you have any suggestions?
This one i had no sideeffects from. Its also made from whole foods instead of synthedic ingredients. I would definitely suggest these pills because you want the best for your baby while its growing and these are the best.
Maybe the prenatal vitamins are too strong. Sometimes women experience side effects with the prenatals because they're not pregnant. You could be an example of that. I would tone it down and see if that doesn't help. If anything you can just take folic or a multivitamin. I'm using clomid and just a normal multivitamin. Good luck.
I think it has to do with what vitamins are in the Centrum, they probably don't have the rec. amount of folic acid or iron in them. I didn't take any prenatal vitamins until I was further along b/c they made me sick. I do not recommend that. I would look up online what the rec. amount of which vitamins is online, and compare them to your vitamins. Keep in mind also, that a lot of women don't find out they're pregnant until further along too. You should be fine.
Hello all!! I am not pregnant yet but my doctor told me I should start on prenatal vitamins. I haven't started yet but am about to.
I already take the omega 3-6-9's and flaxseed gel pills. I know that you can take prenatal vitamins such as Materna and take the omega's....but is it still safe for me to take my flaxseed?
Has anyone heard whether to cut down on green tea if you're TTC?? I drink it everyday.
with my first pregnancy I took the prenatalvitamins by One A Day and threw them up everytime. These have no sideeffects and I feel great. They also sell one without the added iron. :) Good luck.
Im 16 wks 2 days and my prenatalvitamins do the same thing to me. My doctor told me that I could take something to make it easier to go. Just ask your doc if you can do the same it really helps.
s one of the annoying sideeffects of having a baby but, You need to take your prenatals regardless. If you don't you could cause harm to your childs development. Even this early on.
One of my prenatalvitamins have DHA but no iron, and the other has iron but no DHA...The one with iron has a little higher percentage of vitamin C as well...which one should I take?
If I take the one with no DHA is it ok to takr Advocare Omega Plex supplement on the side? Or should I take the vitamin with DHA and take iron on the side?
These have me confused!
folic acid is importand for brain development, calcium for strong bones, iorn for their blood supply, it all around helps and all of this ia found in a prenatal pill... if you feel sick try eating the prenatal gummies, i heard those are good.
My OB stressed to me last week how important it is to keep taking them, but prenatalvitaminssideeffects are the least of her concerns. She did say 1 in 200 women over 35 will have a baby with a disability because of the age. Even a regular multi-vitamin gives me side effects. Any suggestions?
Do these sideeffects eventually go away if you take Soboxin (sp), and then eventually no SOboxin? If a person works out and takes vitamins will this assist in getting this awful drug out of the system?
