Also, I had bled a couple of times (just lightly like spotting) during the past two years. I attributed it to menopause, and dryness since I had not had hormones. Sexual intercourse became painful. Well, I had a pap-smear done and it came back abnormal. I made an appontment with a gynecological onocologist who did a colposcopy. The results came back with HPV. It is covering my entire vaginal. So, she said that doing LEEP or crytology is not an option.
It took 8 days to get my periods but i was only spotting and started clomid on day 2 and was still spotting. I continued and got a proper flow day 4-6. I am now on day 10 taking premarin ( to take it on day 9-16). Going next tuesday (day 16) to gynae for a scan. Was it wrong to take clomid when i was just spotting and if so, what would happen??
So she told me to have a Premarin 0.625MG and deviry 10MG. Premarin should take from 5th Day till 25st Day and Deviry from 19th till 25th .. After three month the size of uterus has not increased much so Dr suggested us to have 2 Premarin . But she is not having her period from last three Months.
Could you please suggest whether she took Deviry 10Mg to get her period back..

I became so estrogen dominant and became a total mess. I went to a very good hormone imbalance seminar a few days ago and it was great. I think if you went off, you'll regret it in time. I was diagnosed for missed abortion last May 17,2008 (as seen in the Ultrasound,the baby has no heart beat) i was administered a premarin 0.62 mg every 6 hours, the doctor said to soften the cervix as well as cytotec 200 mg every 8 hours. I was wondering why i should be given premarin? I have read that premarin is mainly estrogen.. Do i need to continuously use this product? They are waiting for me to bleed for them to be able to perform the D&C. Please advise asap...
The pain got much worse and I was not feeling myself so I stopped taking the premerin and opted to try a product I found on line called Amberen, so far that isnt doinganything for the hot flashes and night sweats at all but since stopping the premarin my legs are not bothering. I am taking calcium pills for my bones but I am truly worried for my health and want to find the best options for me.

OK, so I went to the doctor because I initially had discharge (lasted a day or two) and itching (alot of itching) and a few small bumps on my labia mostly and vaginal area. The doctor did a culture and blood test. The blood test came back positive for herpes (1 and 2 I believe) the culture came back negative. The doctor gave me premarin cream....which wasn't working.
I suffer from Hashimotos autoimmune disease for many years and was diagnosed last year with Lupus after suffering many years with leukopenia which was caused by the Lupus or the Premarin. I took myself off of Premarin in July 2016 and I feel so much better. My hair is now growing back after losing about 3/4 of it during a Lupus flare-up that lasted over 7 months. My muscle aches are gone and my blood counts are now registering normal.
He did not prescribe any type of progesterone for me to take but told me to go ahead and take the Premarin. Advised me that I should see a gyn--which I already did and they did not test my hormones at all. I have terrible hot flashes every day, insomnia, anxiety and mood changes. All of which I thought was monopause. I don't know what to do. I am so scared and confused. I had an echocardigram done and the cardiologist said there were some abnormalities.
Can I use Premarin cream along with a yeast medication(Diflucan)? Does the moisture in the Premarin cream keep a yeast infection from healing?
It seems odd to follow fibroid surgery with estrogen HRT (premarin and estrone are both types of estrogen) since estrogen causes fibroids to grow...
You should call your doctor and ask when your period should start.
I'm surprised your doctor did not tell you to use protection (condom, diaphragm) until you are ready to get pregnant since Premarin does not prevent pregnancy...

You had a hyster for an ovarian cyst? Was it cancerous? Was there another reason why they gave you the hyster? Have you had an ultrasound done recently? It is possible to have Ovarian remnant syndrome and a cyst has grown back hence the weight gain however it could be something totally different. Are you having any abdominal issues?
Thanks for responding. I have been on HRT, that's why I am seeking something alternative. HRT made me crazy..even on the lowest dosage. I foun d one bioidentical online that actually contained MSG as an ingredient and I am horribly sensitive to that, gives me migraines, which is also one of the lovely s/e of menopause.
I will look up a reproducitve endocrinologist..thanks, didn't know where to turn!
and constant nausea especially after eating. Stopped all meds and supplements except Premarin, coated aspirin, biotin, B1 and calcium with D but nothing improved - also experiencing periodic times of extreme tiredness and weakness in legs. Not overweight, very active, and exercise. Good overall health.
