Is there any website describing stages of pregnancy and development of various parts and nutritional needs for helathy pregnancy?

With it being my first child, I am excited about looking up stages of development, but I am confused about whether they go by gestational age or weeks based on the first day of my last period. I would appreciate any clarity. There is so much happening in the development of the baby that two weeks makes a huge difference to what is happening in there!

but when i went to see the doctor my pregnancy age is 5 weeks and 2 days but after the scan. it appears to be 4 weeks and 2 days. there a week gap and the doctor didn't comment about it. when i started an app to monitor my pregnancy,the age still 5 weeks and 2 day. is it normal? i'm so worried.

She Should have been taking them since the beginning of the pregnancy. Folic acid is important for growth and development of the baby.

Development, Gestation, Conception. They give different dates for when the second trimester begins and for when the third trimester begins. Your health care provider might prefer to use the Development method, while another Midwife or Doctor may use the Gestation method. I am sure they do that just to confuse pregnant women. I took a child development course and ot went over all stages in pregnancy. Near the end of pregnancy babies practice flexing facial muscles as well as crying. They obviously do not breath and make noise in the womb so it is a diffrent type of crying but they absoloutly do practice crying. It is not known why but they do.

I don't think one can even state and approximate time.... it's a very individual thing depending on lifestyle, genetics, and probably dozens of other things. Having said that, Stage 1 Grade 1 is relatively early in the process. Your liver doc should be able to provide guidance since they know your individual history and personal information. I took two Tylenol my entire pregnancy with my first child, and about 5- 5mg Vicodins with my second child...NOTHING else. This time I have been taking the prescribed Oxycodones before getting pregnant and now during (about 4 weeks along).
