You can ask your doctor for a possible date of conception. But, they will figure it out by using the date of your last period. In other words... a doctor cannot know for sure when you conceived a baby, they can only guess by using tangible signs like the onset of a menstrual period. If your due date is Jan.4th, then they would have based that on a period that started approximately March 28th.
just wanted to get an idea on what some of your first signs of pregnancy was and how soon you noticed?
I'm still in my first week after ovulation, so too soon to take a test. I've been experiencing slight cramps the last few days, then last night I was hit with a horrible migraine and vomiting, as well as urinating every half hour and diarrhea.
I surely could not know I was pregnant this soon could I just by having these symptoms? I know it takes 7-10 days for implantation, but when conception occurs could it start producing symptoms right away? I am not due for my period until Nov. 28th and will not test until after that, but just curious if anyone else has ever experienced very early signs of pregnancy and been pregnant?

What are the early signs of conception. My ovulation dates were 8-11 apr. i HaV had unprotected sex with my husband to concieve during this time. 'm unsure of how long to wait for the tests. Or should I just try for few more times to wait until my next period??

If you are 3 or 4 weeks, the very first sign would a positive HPT or a missed period.. Have you taken a home pregnancy test yet? was it positive? if so there are a multitude of signs...just like each person is different so is each pregnancy...signs vary from person to person you can have all the signs are one sign...in early pregnancy commonly all you will feel is sore boobs, faitigue and a headache...but again, the best and most reliable sign is a positive HPT followed by a Postive blood test.

My fiancee and I had sex 5-6 days ago, today I am bleeding, a pinkish almost but very light red, not heavy for a tampon but light enough for a panty liner, but not a lot of cramping - I don't expect my period for another week or so. My periods are never irregular and usually my first 1-3 days are the worst, heavy and cramps are unbearable.

The first signs of pregnancy are fatigue, nausea, frequent urination, and breast tenderness which may be seen before a missed period .The cause is rising hormones levels in early pregnancy. Wait for your periods. If you miss them take up pregnancy test again.

This is the reason why early pregnancy signs do not start to become noticeable until around the time the woman's next period would have been due (or 12 to 14 days after conception). In many cases, a woman will not notice any signs until 1 to 2 weeks after her period was due (or 5 to 6 weeks of the pregnancy), when the HCG level is sufficicently high enough to affect her body.

I had a period feb 28 til about march 4 I had sex March 8 and march 24,27,28,29 I didn't have a period in March I took a pregnancy test April 6 it was negative. In April 16/17 I started spotting it lasted a couple of days sometimes pink then brown a little red. I took a pregnancy test the May 22 it was Positive. I had a ultrasound today June 5th and they dated my conception date March 24th with a due date of Dec 15 how is this possible and how accurate is this?
