I read that an early sign of pregnancy is a white discharge (w/ no odor, itch, or color)...it happens when fertilization has occurred. FYI- I had my first IUI 10/18. some discharge started today. (plus i'm bloated and boobs are a little bigger than usual:) Anyone experienced this? Any truth to it??

That could def be a sign!! I have had tons of clearish discharge with this pregnancy. Also tender breasts and mild cramps for the first few weeks. If you are seven days late you should be able to get an accurate result on an hpt.

yea that's what i thought but Ive never had it like that with previous pregnancys it was just weird and like sticky...tmi i know sorry :( but yea i googled yellow mucous like discharge and that's what i found I know sometimes google isn't the best place...

My breasts were Incredibly sore which I never had that happened before having a period and I had worse cramps than usual as well. And I had a lot more discharge. I took a pregnancy test 6 days after my missed period.

t know anyone that had good luck predicting anything from their discharge--- be it ovulation or pregnancy. Discharge changes all the time due to hormones and the PH of our vagina. The first sign of pregnancy really usually is the missing of one's period. Otherwise, some women are a little more tired than usual. But otherwise, the egg just implants and barely has had a chance to start producing the hormones that cause pregnancy symptoms that early on.

Could be .. only one way to find out go buy a test! Even those cheap tests are accurate well at least they have been for me. Good luck!

Dont know if you are saying you are late for your period or your period has been gon for 3 days. discharge is normally cervical mucus but it can be indication to other things. If your 3 days late you should take a test. you see this substance 3 days after your period is done then its a good chance it is cervical mucus.

Hi, what do you mean leaked? Do you mean vaginal discharge? An increase in discharge that is watery/or egg white looking is a sign that you are close to ovulation. It's best to have sex every other day/every day from the time you notice an increase in discharge until it has dried up again. This should cover your fertile period.

Kim is correct. Can you be more specific about what type of discharge you are having? Usually the consistency of discharge increases when a woman is pregnant due to the hormonal changes but that isn't until further along in the pregnancy. It isn't a sign or symptom of pregnancy. If the discharge is cottage cheese like, it could be a sign of a yeast infection. Yeast infections can occur before or after a period because the change in the natural balance of bacteria.
