Avatar f tn Im 37 weeks im 5.
Avatar n tn Good luck to you! I was over 45 when I had my son, and had an uneventful pregnancy and delivered at 39 weeks 4 days.
Avatar f tn I think its possible to have a healthy pregnancy in your 40s. It would be a great idea to have a talk with your doctor about pregnancy with your back problems. I wish you the best and hope you both find the happiness you deserve.
Avatar f tn You can get false negatives, but not false positives. Over 35 and especially over 45 is a high risk pregnancy. You need to quit that smoking asap, I quit the day I had a positive pregnancy test. Get to your Dr asap and cut out any nonessential medications.
Avatar n tn I'm 45 and not trying to get pregnant. I just took a pregnancy test 2 days ago ( in the evening) and it came back "positive" then I took another one this morning and it came back negative. What is going on? Is it possible I'm going through changes and my hormones are all over the place? I'm going to take a blood test on Monday morning, but I was curious if anyone had some insight on this.
1272624 tn?1395434357 Hi, I will be 45 in June,I started a forum for us closer to 45 than 40. It just seems like being 40 is so different than being 45 when it comes to TTC. I'm not abandoning my TTC over 40, because without you I could not have gone through this. I love all of you, I would no absolutely nothing!
898530 tn?1268618782 Hello, just wanted to know how the pregnancy went for some of you that may be 40 or over such as myself. The doctor has warned me of possible pre-clampsia and possible premature labor but I wanted to hear some of your stories and your experiences of those of you that have gone through it and lived it. And if possible, any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated!
Avatar n tn hi, it's a tricky one. a home test at 6-8 weeks late should give you a pretty clear cut answer. it would be unlikely that a pregnancy test would come up negative if you were pregnant - even after one week they are pretty accurate. sorry. but at 45, you are still in the running for a successful pregnancy and don't be put off by the negative medics response to your age in terms of pregnancy. read great books and pray. get to know your body all over again.
804860 tn?1238118347 Honestly, there's nobody that could tell you which way you should go - you just have to basically follow your heart. Actually a very wise woman told me this when i was trying to decide whether to try for another baby or not. If you had a healthy pregnancy at 40, chances are good that you'll also have one at 45 if you're in good health.
1006003 tn?1256227415 Me again... I started wondering how many of those births were to the 45-and-over set, since I'll belong in that group in two months. No actual number is available, but I found a table of EXPECTED rates for 2007, which closely matches the actual rates in the table in my last post. Here's the table: http://www.statcan.gc.ca/pub/84f0210x/2007000/t035-eng.htm What it tells us is that in Canada in 2007, 429 women age 45 and up were statistically expected to produce a live birth.
Avatar f tn Wow 45 days to go but it still seems ages im so over being pregnant and i can't wait to meet my prince it seem sooooooo long and boring and frustrating and all this aches and pain are getting worse and worse :(
Avatar f tn I just found out I am pregnant at 45... I am so scared. I have 4 children 24, 20,15 and 5. My 20 yr old is having a baby this month and my 24 just informed me he and his wife are having a baby. This should be time for me to enjoy being a grandmother and I find out I'm pregnant. I haven't said anything to my kids I'm so scared. My husband is so happy.... I'm so scared. Anyone else out there who may understand?
Avatar n tn I had a blood test at 5 weeks and my levels were 1369 had one 48hrs later and levels had only gone up by 4000. Should i be worried? Has anyone else had sucessful pregnancy at 45?
5495842 tn?1374960211 156 days to go! haha. i know i have a long way to go. excited tho!
1957208 tn?1325557233 In all honesty, there is no way to know if something is a pregnancy symptom without a positive pregnancy test. I know it can drive you crazy wondering, but unfotunately every traditional pregnancy symptom can be explained by other things as well. Good luck to you.
Avatar f tn The doctor said its the pressure from her head! I cant...my 1st pregnancy wasnt this bad at the end other then i had to be induced for the preeclampsia thats it. I have a feeling my baby girl is a little chunka munka and thats why my private feels like its gonna hit the floor. I am so tired also.
689267 tn?1235241749 So, my question is, do I start all over from the day I took one, or still stick with 45 days? I use the tracker on this site, so was just wondering. Thanks.
