I agree with geek mom. I'm 14 weeks and consider myself 3 months exactly. There's not exactly 4 weeks in any month except February. So you can say some months have close to 5 weeks. But it's easier and more exciting to go by weeks instead because the baby does grow and develop significantly by the week. Some people just don't know enough about pregnancy or math so they say a pregnancy is 10 months. They're wrong.

I have a pregnancy weeks to months chart in my journals. You are 7 months. Even the app says at 27 weeks you start your 3rd trimester at 27 weeks so that makes it 7 months. A trimester means 3 months so now you're at 7 then 8 then 9.

So techinally your due date states the 10th month.. The say 9 months you are pregnant for is from back in the day. They did not count from the first day of your last period (as technically your not pregnant then) they counted from the estimated conception date, totaling 38 weeks of pregnancy which is 9 months 2 weeks....

20 wks is 5 months so 22 wks is 5 & a half. A month is four weeks.

You can do the normal pregnancy chart which lasts 9 months. It is basic math that you learn in elementary school. There are 4 weeks in a month and you are pregnant for 40 weeks that means 10 months. All you have to do is divide the number of weeks by 4 and you will get how many months your are. Sorry if it sounds rude but I see that question at least once a day.
