1580318 tn?1550254481 So I'm past the 14 week mark of my pregnancy, but I'm confused why it still says first trimester.... Shouldn't that be second trimester?
1645341 tn?1401060012 WHY DOES MY PREGNANCY TRACKER SAY I'M STILL IN THE FIRST TRIMESTER????
Avatar f tn I feel awesome and had an easy pregnancy with my first and so far again with my second. Definitely exercise! I even was going to the gym with a large belly in my first pregnancy. People would stare and sometimes comment but I really didn't care. I was being healthy for both my child and myself. As long as you are hydrating and not over doing it, you will be fine. I did treadmill, eliptical, leg/arm machines at the gym. It doesn't take a ton of time to stay fit.
1580318 tn?1550254481 So I'm almost out of my first trimester!! YAY!! I thought my nausea was gone, cause it was gone for about a week. I was glad to see it go. But unfortunately it's come back! Darn! I was hoping it was gone for good, but no such luck! My nausea was gone by this time with my first pregnancy. I only had it for about 6 weeks at around 6 weeks. But I've had nausea right from the beginning of this one at 4 weeks. Not sure if that's a sign that this one will be a girl or not.
Avatar f tn The key is to listen to your body and stop if you feel any pain. I ran until about 30 weeks and did sit ups through the first trimester and feel like that has been a large part of my complication free pregnancy (so far at least). I am 38Wks+2.
Avatar f tn Yea i had it all through out my first trimester and now i am on my second and still a problem i cant keep anything down, but try to stay healthy exercise when you can and eat fat free diet it helps, good luck
5582071 tn?1370335997 So far my pregnancy has been good. My first trimester I had morning sickness. I hated that so much. I had to urinate alot. I craved different and weird types of food. My second trimester, my morning sickness went away. I didn't really have morning sickness. My second trimester was actually fine. I didn't really have any symptoms except for urinating alot. My third trimester was ok. Im in my third trimester right now.

10185128 tn?1410802667 Is anyone sees waiting until after the first trimester to share the news with friends and family?
Avatar f tn I do believe its not recommended until the first trimester is over unless its just walking but u want to check with your doctor first.
Avatar f tn Oml I feel like I'm going to have a rough pregnancy I'm always achey and hurting and is it okay that I've lost 6 pounds off my pre pregnancy weight?
Avatar f tn What are some safe exercises to do in the first trimester? I want to stay healthy without overdoing it as I am diabetic and classified as a high risk pregnancy. I'm 8 weeks in. Helpful tips please?
1472764 tn?1287588186 With this pregnancy I have lightened up on my exercise only because I miscarried before in October of last year. So for the first trimester I took a very light approach and only walked. Now that I am well into my 2nd trimester I am using an elliptical but not overdoing myself. It certainly does help increase my energy and helps with leg cramps too.

2066536 tn?1354241604 I swam from ~14 weeks until the week I had my daughter with my first pregnancy - it was great exercise that I could pace to how I was feeling that day. It works all muscles concurrently and the buoyancy was great for not feeling heavy/cumbersome. This time, due to time/schedule constraints, I have been doing more walking and using a bike trainer (turns a bike in to a stationary bike).
Avatar f tn I used to do a similar style of circuit class but once I found out I was pregnant., my doctor said to stick to low-moderate intensity exercise particularly for the first trimester. To be honest I've been too tired to even think about doing those classes!
Avatar n tn They usually say not to lift over 10 pounds the first 3 months are most critical, but as for exercise if your a runner then run but don't start doing anything you don't normally do.
Avatar f tn How much exercise is good during the first trimester I'm 6 weeks and I want to make sure this is going to be a good pregnancy with a healthy baby to show for it.
Avatar n tn I literally just found out I was pregnant on NYE. This is my first pregnancy after trying for over 2 years with fertility treatment (I have PCOS and severe endometriosis). But to our surprise this just happened somehow naturally. Anyway I'm really excited and nervous about EVERYTHING. But i was wondering, I usually exercise 4-5 days a week. Is it OK to keep this up but at a lower intensity? Also what types of exercises are ok to do? I Just don't want to do anything that could harm bub.
1068793 tn?1301487476 had my first vomit of the pregnancy...and it starts. I was hopeing would get lucky this time, but I guess not. I am doomed to get sick with every pregnancy. bring on the second trimester!
