prednisone and jaundice

I have been treated with prednisone, actigall, and mercaptapurine. I ran out of the actigall and have not had any in my system for about a month, as I have been waiting for a new perscription, it should arrive today or tomorrow. Even though I have been the mercaptapurine I have seen some of the jaundice return. Should I wait to see if the actigall will work? or should I go to the doctor and get all my levels checked.

Doctor presribed her omeprazole 20mg which she took that night and the next morning. The next day she noticed her stool was white and eyes slight yellow - sign of jaundice! I'm not sure if it was caused by omeprazol or otherwise.

I have been on 40 mg of prednisone for about 7 months and tapered off the last month or so. I did not gain a lot of weight while on the high dosage, in fact, I lost some weight. However, as I began to taper off and got down to 20 mg, I became really bloated and got moonface. I'm wondering why the symptoms only showed up as I was getting off the medication. There is not a significant gain of weight, but I look 20 lbs heavier. How long should I expect for the bloating and monnface to last?

I have cirrhosis. Been treated and cured for hep c at one year mark. All blood tests are looking good. Slightly low platlets. Have just developed ver bad burning hands and feet. Has anyone experienced this?

I dunno. I've just seen a lot say they supplement with formula to clear it up faster or because the baby had/has jaundice and I didn't know if it helped get it gone sooner. She had it really bad and it kept rising over around 3-5 days after birth, and if formula might have gotten rid of it sooner then that would have been good.

my son 10 years old has problem with stomach pain and vomtings.got checkup and HBSag-negative, s.bilirubin(total)-1.7,s.bilirubin direct-1.0,SGPT/alt-1610U/L.plase analyse the results.

Is there any way you can prevent it or is it just like if it happens kinda thing? My daughter had it and we had to stay longer in the hospital and I really don't wanna have to do that again!
