I had the same thing a couple weeks back. I would try boiling some water on the stove, pour it into a bowl, put one or two drops of eucalyptus oil and sit with your face over the bowl with a towel over your head. Try to sit there at least 10 minutes. It has to be repeated multiple times a day. The shower just isn't hot enough to loosen things. But it does sound like a cold rather than something else. Warm salt water gargle is really the best thing for a sore throat. It kills off some of the virus and it can soothe your throat . If it gets a lot worse see your doctor. I think it will pass.

When I was pregnant, I got a REALLY bad cold with nasal congestion. It was horrible. I didn't want to take medication, so I discovered a "Neti Pot." It's a little pot - kind of like a tea pot but small - and you use a warm saline solution (that comes with the pot) and pour it into one nostril. The water flows out your other nostril. It sounds gross - and it kinda is - but it saved me. It was wonderfu.. And you can do it as many times a day as you need.

I had a second degree tear down 1 side she told me. Got disolvable stitches but she hasnt gave me anything to use for having a wee. Im from uk not sure if they do that here. I was thinking a shallow bath and weeing in the bath?

It F****n sux when i have my mind on something else or even in music i can pick out little snuck in lyrics that to me refer to getting high etccc. I tried to work today and omg i was a slug,i then layed on the floor and powernapped.the knee pain started, then my knees ached until I took a 2 motrin 800s. I had diarrhea 6 times today. If I turn a fan on or open my door to get some air, sweat will automatically pour off me, you see it pour off me like a dripping tap. I was recently diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer after years of having Hypothyroidism, had a full thyroidectomy and am now cancer free but this was not the cause of my sweats. I had tests done for Acromegaly and again this was ruled out and not the cause. I have Dermatopathic Lymphadenopathy but according to my Endocrinologist, my sweating is not infection-related.

Same with jackets and sweaters. One time I was coming home with a friend I was babysitting and on my walk there one of my hands got very cold very quickly. I had it in my pocket, which was also cold, and I was wearing gloves, and the gloves were cold. Wind blowing, almost about to snow. That's all I remember as it was about four years ago. I entered the house, took off my gloves and felt how cold my hands were and how I couldn't feel anything in one hand.
