and to help with the swelling I was put on lasix furosemide 20 mg and pot chloride 20 meg.. I am drinking more water but not peeing anymore than normal..dizzy tho.and sometimes short of breath, especially when walking or talking..how much water should I be drinking, an the muscle cramps and weakness of my legs will they get better? This kills me.. the pain last for hours after a cramp. I am not having as much swelling in my right foot and leg but still enough for me to elevate..

I have tried bottled water, letting water sit in the frig, yet the only water she will drink is the water I mix in her gravy train food. I've been told I should increase my electrolyte intake. I've done so but am still having problems. Your sodium and potassium are in normal limits which pretty much rules out a cortisol issue. Not sure why you are drinking salt water. Fatigue is a... general symptom. It can be attributed to SO MANY things that to just think it is specific to adrenals... just cannot make the leap. It could be a vitamin, another hormone, an auto-immune disorder or... anything! Licorice root may only add to your fatigue.
