Avatar f tn s therapist had her fill out a form rating her feelings such as sadness, fatigue, other symptoms of depression. My friend said to her therapist that she was worried about me. Avatar f tn Hello there, indeed it could be sign of depression and depression is pretty common in miscarriage events. You and your boyfriend need each other more than ever so working on your couple could be a good thing. Another option would be to go for a therapy. You are still young so I do really think the depression is temporary and that you don't need medication. I know such event is hard to forget but you will eventually get over it.

Avatar n tn The symptoms of numbness and tingling and skin sensations are symptoms of anxiety and depression. If you suffer from anxiety and depression, you are sure to experience these symptoms. So these symptoms are related to anxiety and depression and not childbirth as such. You are likely to experience the symptoms if you have anxiety and depression without childbirth also. Please keep yourself free from stress and be happy with the baby. Please consult a psychotherapist for help.

1473759 tn?1415369316 The last few days I have been feeling kinda down... It's like in the begining of pregnancy you can't wait till the end, but now that the end is near I am not sure if it's just anxiety or if it's possible to have postpartum while still pregnant. I don't want to let him go yet. I think that part of it is too that a bunch of the family is "taking time off to help out" I told my husband what do they think I am just going to push him out and hand him over?
Avatar f tn I also began taking fluoxetine (20mg) and a low dose of trazadone for postpartum depression and anxiety. My symptoms started approximately 4 weeks after starting these medications. I drink roughly 3/4 glasses of wine per week, and take ibuprofen as needed (roughly 1 or 2 times a week to help relieve sinus headaches) Could the new meds I’m taking be causing the bruising and sweating?

There are some conditions that can be unmasked in pregnancy such as Lupus, Multiple sclerosis, thyroid disorders. I suggest that you see your primary care doctor for a thoughtful look at you to see if any of the aforementioned conditions need to be evaluated. best wishes and good luck to you.

Avatar n tn With that though is postpartum depression can happen for up to 2 years after the birth of your child so you are going thru postpartum and pregnancy depression all in one but it normal. But make sure you sit down in talk to someone about anything you may be second guessing your self on or if you are getting over whelmed. Please dont be afraid to ask for help. Because it will eat you up inside if you try to do it alone and bottle it in.
