Is there anything you have tried for congestion of the sinus area I do remember being pregnant with my second child and I had pneumonia and took robitussin to help. What else can I use??

Buddy was diagnosed with pneumonia and has gone through a course of doggy antibiotics and 3 courses of human antibiotics. The right lung is full of fluid. Aspiration pneumonia is a result of constant acid reflux into the stomach. You've probably haven't developed it yet, and you'll be probably fine, when you control your stomach infection, since this should stop your burping. Aspiration pneumonia can be only prevented, not really treated. Steroids maybe, but I guess, you don't have pneumonia already.

The thing about pneumonia is it's just a broad term for lung inflammation, and the air sacs filling up with fluid, but it isn't a specific diagnosis of what caused the pneumonia.
You will get better so long as you stick with your medication regimen. This bacteria is slow growing, and slow to die, and this is why you may be on medication for up to 9 months. It's only people who don't follow the medication schedule who will have problems, and even they can get better. Try to relax, but if you can't seek help. Take care...

It showed pneumonia in the bottom of both lungs.. I took cipiro for 2 weeks...Felt better now Im coughing bad and coughing up yellow phelghm. New xrays showed nothing.Whats going on? And what kind of pneumiona lives in the bottom of the lungs?
