I have 2 turtles and now I'm worried it is bad for my health. . I'm 20 weeks and HR.. but feal bad if I have to give them away (have them for over 2 years now).. what should I do?

We have a 120L gallon tank and initially had no problems with 3 turtles. One turtle died, another was rehabbed for 3 mos (we were sold sick turtles) and the other remained at home with us. When we went to reintroduce our original turtle back into the tank, the female took his toe off in a flash. We ended up having to put a place of plexi with hole drilled in it to keep them separated. Yes I did tell them. The pneumonia symptoms are starting to clear up I don't have a fever, never had a cough, starting to breathe better, and I have a lot more energy but still a bit light headed and throat is kind of sore and my voice hasn't return fully. ok, so then I came down with Pneumonia, I was really sick this happened in August then again in February I got Pneumonia, it really got me down, it took a shot of Rocephin, (antibiotic) a z-pak (antibiotic) then finally a full 10 day of Levaquin,, finally Pneumonia gone,, but ever since I get flu like symptoms,, Like really bad aching in my joints/low grade fevers/ I obviously don't have the flu but I was wondering if anyone with MS has flu like symptoms?
