I would like to when it is safe to take my adderall I took phentermine 21 hours ago should I wait 72 hours for the phentermine to get out of my system completley? I hate the phentermine ot was awefull I didn't sleep at all and I have a lot of wedding planning to do today please help...

I do agree with steve that you should not go cold turkey- I know from the feeling you get when you take one of those pills that they really rev things up in your system, and it cant be good for you to quit abruptly! Do you have enough to taper at all?

I have been taking Phentermine for 2 and a 1/2 months now. I started taking it in April almost on the same day as my period started. Almost one week after my period stopped another one began. So I made a dr appointment. The doctor done a pap and tested me for all the std's....and felt me for cist and everything came up normal....she said that starting the new medication was the possible reasoning for the 2 periods that month and to contact her if it continued.

I heard that the B12 shots boost your energy level considerably therefore helping with losing weight. Do you think that someone with an actual B12 deficiency wouldn't benefit from them as much as a person with normal B12 levels? Have to disagree with your doctor about adverse cardiovascular effects. Also disagree that only people who do not make their own T4 should have Armour, etc. T3 is a hormone that is produced by the human thyroid gland. It becomes an issue only when levels are excessive. An amount adequate to relieve/prevent hypo symptoms is what everyone should have. When your body is not able to produce enough natural thyroid hormone, then thyroid medication is necessary.

Back in June this year (2010), I started taking Phentermine for weight loss. Listen to your body - it was telling you it dd not want that pill in it's system - I think it would be very foolish to continue to take it knowing it can cause such a dangerous side effect.
