Hi ladies how are you guys doing? Well I'm having my baby shower this Saturday October 25 and I need baby shower games idea I'm having both girls and guys so I need help so both guys and girls can play. I have the baby boths the babies "my water broke" and the bottle were you count the candy inside. Any ideas I'm more likely buying the games and gift today.
My son is very feminine. I try to correct him when he does feminine things by telling him that "boys don't do that." SO he'll play feminine games, but use masculine toys. For example, he'll use his stuffed animals or even his race cars to play house. The tiger will be the mommy and the monkey is daddy. So he's basically using other toys in place of the dolls. The other day, he took two small animals and put them in his shirt like breasts.
My son seems to be very masculine at times, he loves his nintendo ds, and all of the fighting games. He is always playing Power Rangers and hitting or kicking something. However, for some reason at school he seems to play with more girls than boys. He likes to play pretend games and he says there are certain girls that like to do that with him. Like Pokemon , chase , superhero etc. I have become concerned because he is picking up girlish behavior i.e worry about her feelings, petty girly things.
For the guys one game we played was to pin a cloth diaper on a balloon with a diaper pins and the guys had to be blindfolded. Whoever pinned the diaper on without popping the balloon the fastest won a prize.
It may just be nothing, just normal behaviour, I don't know. About 3 weeks ago my son was playing at his friends house, my son is 4 the other kid is 5-both boys. Well, they were caught in the closet. The other boy had his pants down, my son didn't. My son wouldn't tell me the truth there, but as soon as we got home I asked what they were doing and he said "playing boys and girls". I asked how to play that game and he said you pull your pants up and down.
I was thinking about having a coed shower as well.. Figured I would have my girls over earlier in Tue day do the gilry stuff/games.. Then later have the guys come by have some good food cake and open presents and play some not so girly games.. What do you guys think?

I planned on having guys go upstairs and girls downstairs. Guys can play card games and what not, and then us girls could do our thing and when it comes to open gifts we could all be there. Is that weird? I don't have many friends and my family lives elsewhere so really all I have is my boyfriends friends and family and I want a lot of people to come. Does anyone think this is weird?
I didn't invite the guys to mine, because that's tradition in my family. Plus I think the women are more fun when they guys aren't there. Most of the guys in my friends & family would be pretty boring to have there & the women really get in to the games & conversations when the boys aren't there.

Here where I live in New Zealand, 13 is the average age for a girl to have a period - that means half of New Zealand girls have their period later than 13. My friend didn't get her period until she was nearly 17. I had mine when I was 11, and that was considered unusually early.
So, my babyshower is this Sunday. Honestly, I'm so lost. What games can we play? What kind of food? D: what all do I need? Anyone help please.
