I do believe that my digestion has been sped up, and I believe the Erythromycin sped up the Percocet in my body and essentially made it as if I overdosed. I tried talking to a pharmacist about this, but she said the Percocet would have stayed in my body for a longer period of time, not run through it faster. I don't believe this is the case, though, because after an hour and a half all of my pain was back again. My heart calmed, I stopped shaking, and I was in pain.

Over the next month it became more and more painful so I finally went to the ER. Doctor was convinced that I just had severe heartburn or at most ulcers. Nothing relieved it except morphine so he sent me home with percocet and told me to follow up with a primary doctor.

So since Oct 2009 Ive been dealing with this heart burn sensation on and off, Ivd tried everything in the book, changed my diet since Ive gained some weight Ive been doing my share of exercising, tried over the counter and prescription meds as well for the pain and heartburn.

I only started taking percocet yesterday, after suffering for 4 days with severe pain. I had tried everything, NSAIDS, hot wet compresses, I went for massages 4 days in a row! I'm going to have to go back and get an MRI, but in the meantime, I need to take the percocets. I just don't know if I should continue taking the subs while I am on the percocet. I want off the subs really bad, but I only got 15 percs and I don't know how long it will take me to get another Dr appt.

I am 6 weeks pregnant and have kidney problems. The ER Doctor gave me Percocet and Promethazine and I can't remember if I can take them together.

I am currently recovering from back surgery and am taking 2 Percocet 10mg every 8 hours per the directions. I ran out today and tomorrow is a holiday so I won't be able to get a script until Tuesday. The maximum dose of acetaminophen that can be taken daily is 4,000 mg. So with 325 mg in each pill, you took well under the maximum dose.

I'm a 29 year old female and three months ago I ended up in the ER with a micro-perforation of the bowel. Previous to this I weighed 144 pounds (I'm 5'7) and my diet was just whatever I wanted, mostly crap food. But it wasn't an issue because I have a fast metabolism and I didn't care much about what I put in my body. I am also a smoker. Luckily, I didn't have to have surgery for my perforation - it healed up over three days of intravenous antibiotics in the hospital.

t know what opiate you are taking but such meds at that contain hydrocodone and acetaminophen like Vicodin, Lortab and Percocet can come with as little as 325 mg per tablet of the acetaminophen. I had hoped for years that they would remove this from hydrocodone as they have from oxycodone but all I've seen is the decreased amounts of it. If possible request that your acetaminophen dose be lowered, it doesn't have to lower the opiate ingredient.

I always get heartburn, and acid reflux 2. I went to a Dr. and described to him my symptons. Since both my parents have ulcers, and members of my family, have had stomach tumors before. the Dr. looked at me, after i was done talking, and he was like "sounds like you do have a problem, come and c me after you have your baby" I was sooooo Mad at him. But he is right there is nothing he can do for me now, so i am going to see another Dr. Tomorow i hope he is more helpfull.

Percocet can depress your respiratory system and Lorazepam is a sedative. They can be dangerous taken together because of the risk of OD. But if he has been taking them together for awhile and is under a doctors care he should be fine. I was hooked on Percocet and would take Lorazepam sometimes for panic attacks, never had a problem. I was also on anti-depressants. There is a risk. How much of each is he taking?

Try morning sickness well tea it's good for gas n heartburn and vomiting just mix some lemon in it and it really help me I'm 16 weeks and I don't get gas much or heartburn ,sick that much hope it helps

I'm 16 years old and I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism (Graves' disease) in July. Since then, I have been on Tapazole (10 Mg, 3x/day). When I was first diagnosed, my T3 was 669; my T4 was 4.5 and my TSI was at 350. I was essentially asymptomatic. Now, my thyroid hormone levels are normal, but my TSI is slowly decreasing (it's 325 now). Lately, I've been having severe heartburn. I eat a snack when I come home from school and that's all.

i had knee surgery at end of Dec. and am just now coming off the pain pills and am going nuts. I'm sure its the percocet but am alittle confused about the difference between Percocet and the oxycontin as they both have said....OXYCODONE... on the label is the oxy just a time release percocet?

I havnt had any for a week now was givin ultram which i started using the day i ran out of of percocet. Now i have nothing tommrow will be the first day and im worried about whats gonna happen to me. With my first son I had heartburn bad and throughout the whole pregnancy and he was bald. With my daughter I had no heartburn and she came out with a full head of hair.

And honestly percocet and dilaudid both carry the same risks (although really the biggest risk is the baby being born dependent and since you're only 14wks that's really not an issue unless you continue to have kidney stones throughout the pregnancy like I did with my firstborn). I'm 24 weeks pregnant and have been having terrible heartburn for the last weeks. My doctor prescribed Zantac and I can take up to 2 tablets, one every 12 hours. The thing is, today is the first day I had to take 2! These last days one was enough, and today, honestly, none of the tablets have worked. I too suffered from intense heartburn my Midwive put me on Pantoprazole a sub for protonix it works AWESOME,AWESOME,AWESOME with no side effects it is prescrption but Im telling you try it the other OTC **** dont work this is one pill a day and no heartburn whatsoever if you miss a day you still dont get heartburn
