hey maybe you can tell me what would be good to take for pain I had ADR surgery 4 years ago, since then they have been switching my meds around and I want to stop taking anything with Tylenol in it. They have me on 30 mg oxycontin, twice daily, 10/325 percocet 6 a day, soma 4 times daily and xanax 2 mg for anxiety. What are my options for the breakthrough pain, that is what I am taking the percocet for and I need to stop with the Tylenol already enough is enough.

The pain is almost unbarable even with percocet 10/325 in my system. The pain meds seem to wear off about an 2 hours after I take them. I just want to know if the pain i am experiencing is normal for my condition.

This has made me feel good reading the other lady's post this is my third and I'm 10 weeks but looks like im about 16-20 haha I'm so emotional n I never cry at silly things I'm so angry and attacking everyone :-/ just year this baby has been quit the roller coaster my neasua has subsided but still getting pretty bad tension headaches and head spins but a lil relieved right now haha thought I was going crazy haha

so now a doctor swiched me to percocet 10/325 tylenol and gave me some zantacs. do u think he did a good idead r is he an r -tard. i found no evedince of tylenol causing ulcers or bleeding in the stomach just liver damage if gone over the limit. i hope it helps with my stomach pain. ibeprophen *****.

I been on this for 20 years after having 3 back lower back surg, i was taking 4 morphine and 5 percocet a day with lyrica 150 trazadone 100 and ambien 10 I stopped everything but my morphine for a while until my mom got sick and i had to take care of her and hurt my neck. so I started back taking the percocet but I told my dr i just wanted to take bthem twice a day.

To add some information, about 6 years ago, a had a macular pucker (which resolved spontaneously), and the image I saw from the pucker looked similar to this image, in fact I fully expected my ophthalmologist to say I had another one. Also, about 10-15 years ago I had an MRI that showed I had a slightly enlarged pituitary gland. Could pressure from the gland on my optic nerve cause this symptom?

Today is day 10 clean off percocet,,heavy addiction. If I was to take a Urine drug test would I pass?

yes, the tech was able to get a great image of the baby. He said I must have ovulated late, so my due date was moved out but I expected that. The ultrasound tech got such a clear image for us. Thought my husband was going to cry. The baby is hugging the side of the sac.

I just tapered off of 10 to 12 (or more) Vicodin 7.5 mixed with 10/325 Norco per day.......you can do it. How much do you take and for how long?

I'm I having withdrawl or not I stopped taking percocet 40 hrs ago and lying in bed tonight my hands and shoulders were aching so bad I was tossing and turning I got up and took 2 10's Percocet and 1 10 Oxycontin and now I'll spend the rest of the night in my recliner , The question is, is my pain a reaction to stopping the Percocet . I've gone through this time and time again only to have the pain over whelm me .

I have been trying to get off percocet. It started out bu just taking it here and there. But now I am up to 8-10 a day and Its all I think about. I buy off the strret. My doctor doesn't even know. I have been on Percocet (10 mg 4 times per day, 1 pill every 4 hours) for about 4 months, before that 3 10mg pills per day. My dr. just switched me to Morphine Sulfate ER 30 MG, 2 tablets per day (one every 12 hours). I'm always nervous when I switch or increase pain meds. had c3/4 herniation straight back into spinal cord . spinal cord was 75% pinched . had anterior fusion on 10/29/07 . have had severe pain ever since . my ortho spine specialist (who just got out of residency in july 07) tells me he is a good doctor did what he was supposed to do and there was no reason for me to be acting like this . i insisted on more test,this week i went for mri,ct,emg . i had films for mri,but not report.

Yes I have back problems and a l/knee problems, My Dr gives me 4 ea a Day Percocet 10/325 how many in a 24 hour period can i take without it bothering me as far as too Much, Sometimes I go to bed Hurting so bad that I cant sleep very good at all. I have no reason to use these pills I take them for fun. Not fun anymore. I am up to min of 8 to 12 pills a day 10-325. Also I will b home by myself is that not good. I do have friends that can stop by and look after me.

You may be taking a stronger Norco script than you were the Percocet script, because Percocet is generally stronger. As far as I know generic and brand name should be the same. I don't know what else to tell you.

hello, I was taking 10 to 12 10mg percs for about 2 years.last week I decided i'm done dont even get a buzz anymore. i'm down to 3 a day now. wake up feeling rough do 1 hold out to 2pm do 1 then at 7pm do 1. in two days i'm going to 2 a day and so on. is the worst over? which it has been rough. or is 2 a day to zero worse ? thanks for input peace.

i have been taking percocet 15mg for about 3 years and there are many times when i wished i didnt have to take this. Its not neccesarily effecting my way of living but im worried about how long i need to be on this. I have terrible back issues and these are the only meds that allow me to go about my day. when someone is on pain meds for that long is it possible to just detox or am i possibly looking at suboxin because i do look forward to the day that im 100% clean free and clear all the way.
