I went to the ER and I took and ECG which revealed that my QTc was 447 ms. I am very depressed so the physician gave me fluvoxamine. I was researching and I found that QTc of 447 ms is borderline. Should I worry about my ECG and taking fluvoxamine???
I work for a very good employer (Goverment) whom works very well with me concerning my issues with diabetes. However, being a maintainence electrician in a fossil generating plant I am occasionally asked to perform certain tasks while experiencing a hypo or hypercemic attack. The hypoglycemic attacks are usally an easy cure but hypercemic attacks are another issue. Just today I was sent on a mission with a blood-glucose level of 447.
I am 22 yr old and i have hepatitis c genome 3 and i am taking pegasus\once weekly and ribavirin since 19-6-08 my question is have i to do weekly CBC or I can do every 2weeks before the injection ?

My dr, said she looked it up in her book, and Wellbutrin XL 150mg, is only prescribed for SAD and to quit smoking. She did not want to prescribe the XL at all no mater what I said. She prescribed me Regular Wellbutrin 100mg twice per day. I do not want the regular wellbutrin as it will make me shakey, and I will not follow through with taking 2 pills per day...

I have almost the exact same thing. I have a multicystic nodule on my left thyroid and every now and then i get a pain in my neck followed by a minor sore throat and some hoarseness due to a cough i usually only get when it flares up. I recently have been getting an upset stomach almost everytime i eat and i thought it was due to my acidic levels.
Hi, I'm new here, and my husband is in his 10th month of treatment. Just had his second transfusion, and he isn't bouncing back. They upped his procrit, and he has had to stop taking ribavirin again. He's still on a half dose of pegasus and his viral count is undetectable. His doctor said he hated to pull the rug out from under him last visit, and it looks like I"m going to have to take him before his next visit. I think he may need another transfusion soon.
Will the Pegasus work without CoPegasus, I'm getting alot of side effects, I cant sleep and itchy rash's, I can handle the Pegasus alone but the Copegasus makes me feel bad. My liver function test are normal. Has anybody gotten rid of the hep without it?
Just got my Pegasus and co Pegasus.Was hoping just for just the Pegasus, But there was a study that said non responders faired no better than responders on there study. Why this applies to me I do not know. I am a relapser. This cost the insurance company big money. Any Ideas? At stage 4 i have no time to wait. Have had the same issues getting into the studies. Relapser. Life can be hard at times.
I have been on this combination for 6+ years and doing pretty well with them. In May 2008 I was started on Toprol XL 25 mg. It worked for my blood pressure and lowered it but it also made my depression worse and I finally went to my doctor to get off of them. I am now weaning off of the Toprol XL. I am on the second day of 12.5mg and I can't tell you how bad I have felt all day. Extreme anxiety and jittery. I CANNOT wait for this drug to be out of my system.
I I will be taking pegasus soon.can my wife be subjected to any of the drug through oral sex with me ?not a joke question.
My LDL is 223 and before 222. when taking toprol XL 50-75 mg. My cholesterol is 177 when I am not on antihypertensive drugs. Is there any documentation that proves Toprol XL can elevate cholesteral levels.

I was very recently prescribed Wellbutrin XL, after trying several medications that have not helped [including Wellbutrin SR]. When I saw my doctor, she simply said 'I'm putting you on Wellbutrin twice daily' and I assumed it would be the SR. But what I was given was XL, with the instructions to take it twice a day [morning and around noon]. My doctor's office is closed today, or I would have asked her. I did ask the pharmacist, and he said that yes, this is okay.
