First, I'm wondering why your husband isn't posting this instead of you. This suggests that it's more of a problem for you, which, in turn, suggests that perhaps sex isn't a priority for him right now. This is something for you to talk to about, but don't make him wrong. If you want to draw him out, give him the idea that you're open to hearing whatever he has to say and won't judge him.
While I initially do have my erection, even while being orally stimulated and or having sex, I am unable to become aroused enough to ejaculate. After a while I usually just lose my erection. It is very frustrating to me because I know that I am attracted to men and I want to ensure that my partner stays with me.
I have been unable to ejaculate for about a year now, occasionally it happens if I masturbate but not at all with my new partner who I love dearly. We have brilliant sex apart from this, is there any hope or treatment? I lost my wife a year ago to cancer, but the problem had been occasionally present before then. It is causing frustration and distress as it continues.
I also had an allergy reaction and was told i could never take it again and having been unable to find anything like that to help me since. My doctor refuses to let me take it now and the other drugs don't work like this one did. it was like having a real life with energy and a sex life, it was great . so if anyone hears of anything that works in the same fashion as wellbutrin please post it .
Hello, I am a 17 year old male, who is unable to ejaculate from handjobs or blowjobs given by my girlfriend. It is becoming very frustrating as she spends a lot of time on my penis but I never ejaculate. I can keep the erection and i am being pleasured greatly, i am just unable to actually ejaculate. He also takes paxil because he is bipolar and the doctor told him that its a side affect to paxil... We want a baby so it has him very discouraged and depressed over it ! However, I am unable to reach orgasm, and have never had one, and he is unable to ejaculate through oral sex or handjobs, but he is able to through masturbation. Levitra? Viagra? I have no problem with erections. Does this effect wear off? Do i need to switch meds. This has the potential to be very embarrassing for me. Please help.

I'm trying to taper off a 1 mg daily dose of Clonazepam. Also currently taking 25mg of Paxil. I've been working with this combination for a little over two years and have, I believe, generally benefited from the process. Previous to taking the medication, I'd been dealing with what felt like a non-stop anxiety attack for a little over 15 years (basically, as long as I can remember).
I too am switching from 37.5 mg Paxil CR to 50 mg Zoloft. I have been on Paxil for 11 years. I wish I could find that psych that prescribed it to me back when I was 16 and scream at him. Over the years Paxil has seemed to stop working for me and the wonderful doc's soultion was always, "Well...let's up the dose" and then "Well...let's try the controlled release formula.
Even with use of the medication, I have what seems a very low sensitivity in my penis which makes it extremely difficult to ejaculate without straining myself to do so. I have even passed out trying. This is obviously something that is a big interference in my life and it is very frustrating. My question is: Is there something that I could do to correct this issue or am I going to forever more have this problem of not ejaculating with regular, pleasurable sex? I appreciate your help.
Nearly all of the time oral can get me rock hard, so thinking there could not be a problem with me getting one its just keeping it long enough to be able to have intercourse. We have tried many methods like oral while I am standing and ready for rear entry and as soon as I am hard she turns around very fast for me to enter from behind varginaly and within 20 seconds it flops. The lowest dose I've ever reached is 5 mgs, but the withdrawal symptoms were unbearable so I went back up to 10 mgs and eventually back to 15 mgs. I am 23 now and the fact that I take Paxil is closing off some important opportunities for me. I'm on 12.
