paxil overdose

SHe told me to keep taking Paxil for just a week which she perscribed me cymbalta for 30 mg for a week with the paxil then she has me on 60 mg of Cymbalta and she told me to stop taking Paxil when i start taking 60mg. So is she weaning me off the Paxil along with the Cymbalta? And is this safe for a week of taking cymbalta 30mg and Paxil 20mg for a week?

I was overdosed for 18 months or more on this medication (80mg instead of 40mg). I ended up in a walker with impaired mental function. I now have periferal neuropathy & severe balance issues. I need to know where I can find out if this is a result of the overdose or if it's coincidence.

or can i combine the Paxil with 1 or more of these supplemtns at the same time? if so, how should i do that? could i take Paxil 1 day, then supplements the next day (w/o Paxil), etc.

LOL Prior to having my kids and for a while after my second one, I was on Paxil CR 12.5 for anxiety leading to depression. Got off it the first pregnance with HORRIBLE withdrawals. Zaps in the head, the whole nine yards. Vowed I would never go on it again -- but of course, stress and postpartum = Paxil after my second son. Got off it successfully again but drank heavily for a while. I have been not drinking at all for the past 6 months. I only take Ultram with OTC stuff...

I was diagnosed with OCD when I was 9. I have been on Prozac, Paxil, Lexapro and now Citalopram for 16 years. At this point the citalopram doesn't seem to be working anymore. Second that. It should go easily, as you haven't been on Effexor very long, but this along with Paxil is the most difficult med to stop taking. Always better to quit this one if you're going to sooner rather than later. So to be safe I'd taper off before starting the Celexa so you know if any reactions you get are withdrawal from the Effexor rather than start-up side effects of the Celexa. But again, after only 4 weeks, this should be easy.

t think it was working anymore but looking back, it definitely did. Even on the Paxil and later on both Paxil and BuSpar, I was still going to the ER thinking I was having heart attacks on a monthly basis. I also take medicine for cholesterol and high blood pressure. Last August, I had my yearly physical and decided with my general practictioner to change my medications and take me off of the Paxil and BuSpar and put me on Lexapro.

Does anybody know if you can still get depressed even through im on paxil and sub, Also Mike I cant get enough chocolate! I even had to replace 2 bags of candy I took from the kids! s just taking hydrocodone, and not mixing with other drugs or alcohol, it would take alot to overdose. Especially if he has a tolerance. I would say its more likely he would need to go to the hospital for APAP toxicity than hydrocodone overdose. APAP (tylenol) is mixed with the hydrocodone and is not good for the liver in high doses. Just tell him not to go crazy and make sure he doesn't mix with alcohol or other drugs (besides weed), and he should remain alive.

You can overdose without realizing it by taking tylenol and Nyquil together. Good luck and hopefully you can get your tooth taken care of sooner.

You should be getting tested periodically for TSH, Free T3 and Free T4. Do you have other symptoms of over medication, such as weight loss, diarrhea, tremors, etc. Do you have Hashimoto's?
