This is just my humble opinion, but I would contact a counselor and talk to them about your
shyness. They may have good tips
for you or an explanation
for you that is hard to diagnose over the internet. Speaking to a conselor, one on one, should not be stressful for you sice most counselors are used to conversing with shy and outgoing people BOTH (ie : introverts, and extroverts).
Plz don't be afraid to talk to someone (ie: a professional) . Give it a try.
