Hi my doctor prescribed paroxetine hcl but i hate taking peels has anyone been on these , does it work?

s six weeks prior to this whole mess and have supected that the paroxetine that I was changed to might have had something to do with my sudden vision dysfunction. Paroxetine( generic Paxil ) Lists visual field defects as a possible adverse event, which is what I got after taking the paroxetine. I discontinued it and went back on my Zoloft when my vision started freaking out.

When you say sexual dysfunction ,do you refer to an erectile and ejaculation problem? Do you experience any pain or deformity during erection or ejaculation? When you say "no erection", does this happen 100% of the time? Do you still get night time erections ? Have you any previous infections or prior surgeries or instrumentation of the genitalia? Any recent pain or problems with urination?

I have sought answers from many places, but sexual dysfunction is SO vague and people seem to take the cookie cutter approach to treatment. My husband has difficulty maintaining an erection (which I realize is part of the MS). Viagra and Cialis have not helped. Despite all of this, we still have a satisfying intimate relationship. But the real problem is that we are trying to get pregnant and 5 times out of 6, he is unable to ejaculate.

t know anything about this medicine, but I had some kind of reaction in 2006 when my SSRI was switched abruptly without a taper!! The switch was from Zoloft which I had been on for 14 years, to Paroxetine. The new doctor also abruptly took me off of Xanax that I had been taking for eight months at one .25mg once daily! His reason for changing my meds( which were working fine) was that he didn't want me on this very low dose of xanax!!!

See a urologist who specializes in erectile dysfunction. Alternatively, you could have your primary care doctor prescribe Viagra and see if that works for you.

I have been on Paroxetine for a couple of years now due to some family-counseling issues. I was reluctant to go on them at first. But for my family, I thought I'd try it. It did reduce my anxiety. I slept better, deeper, and longer. A life-long stutterer, it cut my stuttering by 50-75%, and improved how I was viewed at work (I believe), by my calmness, better speech, and ability to focus. They do not seem to know where they are located and further if they traumatize them and leave you with no sensation they best they can do is say, oh you have got FSD (female sexual dysfunction) or dyspareunia. I as much as anyone can really believe that SSRI's can have these kinds of effects!!! Did you discontinue the Cymbalta? If so how long have you been off of it?

Hi i have depresion and i am too sleepy, the psqui. doc put me on paroxetine less than 10mg for now then he said i will incrise the dosage, my question is, will this med make me gain wight???
