I am hoping that these symptoms begin to decrease soon. Well, they have gotten better than it was in the first 2 days. I am still wondering how long I can expect to have these side effects of withdrawal?
Avatar f tn ALSO, research disinfectecting your environment, especially your bed linens, washer and dryer, car, clothes, pay close attention to towels. Avatar n tn Other auto-immune diseases that have so far been linked to dysbiosis are psoriasis, lupus erythematosus and pancreatitis. When remedies are given that bind bacterial endotoxins, these conditions usually improve. A further consequence of dysbiosis is susceptibility to food poisoning as with salmonella bacteria, while a healthy intestinal flora prevents these from multiplying and causing trouble. Staphylococcus aureus or golden staph cause serious infections in hospital patients.

Avatar m tn I am have been treating it successfully however using natural remedies. HelicoPylori can be killed and controlled by adding certain foods to the diet. Which includes Broccoli and garlic and a few others. I actually got the list from HelicoPylori.com it gives quite an extensive list at that. I think if you can hit the HelicoPylori from all angles with lots of different foods that it doesnt like you can keep it under control.

It WAS working great till she had many Pancreatitis attacks..every month for 6 mos..& she had to go off & on Trilostane alot & that threw her body way off. Reluctantly, my Vet upped her to 34 mg. & said she can not go any higher for her weight..13.5 lbs.. I read differently...that she can go to a higher dose.

Avatar n tn In 1997 I had my gallbladder removed do to stones. My doctor described my gallbladder as looking like a "sack full of bebes". Since then I have still had the same symptoms as I had before my gallbladder removal. Diarrhea, sever abdominal pain, nausea, etc. Sometimes I even wonder if they really removed it! The only difference is that I do not vomit like I use to! Is it possible that there is a stone still stuck somewhere?
Avatar m tn You might have an Helicobacter Pylori infection. There are also other natural remedies for H. Pylori. I'd also recommend eating more whole natural foods for a while. Lay off the high fat foods and processed carbs. (basically eat healthy) If you have a juicer make juice drink in the morning of 3 carrots, 2 apples, 1 celery stalk. Might want to avoid dairy if you are sensitive to it. Also start taking acidophilus.
Avatar n tn I take natural enzymes through alternative medicine since my first attack, so I think that is why my liver enzymes were not elevated this second time (as the attack did not last as long). I have always had more watery bowel since the removal. My GI Dr. thinks this could be the bile duct. No one told me you could still have problems after the removal of the gallbladder. Could anybody explain this more? This discussion is related to <a href='http://www.medhelp.

So I have worked in a hospital pharmacy for 15 years and I put her on fish oil, probiotics, calcium and her symtoms were half relieved. Avatar f tn My Oscar acts like a normal happy dog but he does have a few symptoms. He pees a lot at a time and is not drinking as much water. He gags sometimes and has threw up a couple of times. Also when it's time to eat, I have to mix my other dogs food with the k/d (organic castor&pollux grain free) to get him to eat. I recently am adding tripett green tripe to his food. My first question is about the green tripe, at the levels Oscars are, it a good idea to feed it to him?
Avatar n tn I take Carafate regularly to protect my esophagus, and have also tried Reglan, Questran, Domperidone, Ginger, Nutmeg, Peppermint, and various homeopathic and natural remedies. Nothing has staved off the puking. I can be fine for a few days, and then the pressure in the upper stomach, along with nausea, burning, and reflux start all over again.
1716071 tn?1308806756 hi and welcome I hope we can help... first of all your kitties symptoms are classic 'allergic' reaction, nothing needs to have changed in her diet/environment b/c allergies can develop at anytime d/t long time exposure just as with us. When we are in contact with an allergen we being to sneeze or get runny eye/noses, with cats the reaction shows up on their skin!! the spots she is getting are called granulomas or ulcers and there are several types under the family of eosinophilic plaque.
Avatar m tn green tea , coconut oil and st johns wort are antibacterial antiviral and boost the immune system . not a cure but may help alleviate some of your of throat pain.
Avatar f tn I believe in trying to treat with natural remedies that are safe to use before using prescription drugs or surgery. You have to make some life style changes to manage your illness, so eating right, eliminating trigger foods, exercise and natural supplements have helped me immensely. I stay away from fried foods and anything fatty, which throws your gallbladder in a tizzy! My diet consists mainly of veggies and seafood and plenty of water and green tea!
Avatar n tn I'm desperate for an answer, and the doctors seem clueless, or unavailable. I'm tempted to try natural remedies. Is there anyone out there that has been through a similar ordeal? I'm an alarmist and have concerns about having chronic pancreatitis, so am reluctant to have another ERCP unless absolutely necessary.
Avatar n tn ....................Removing your gallbladder has not been sufficiently documented as the real cause of abdominal pain, regardless of the test results, I would sincerely leave that as my "final option"...................
Avatar m tn I also have low energy, no drive and aches and pains, physical injuries not healing and thus chronic inflammation and poor sleep when I don’t take medication olonzapine. I have tried natural remedies as prescribed by a naturopath like St. John Wort, GABA, adrenum for adrenal gland fatigue. melatoin, B-vitamins, vitamin- B6, homeopathic remedies. Adreum, GABA, melatoin helped me to some extent. When I am on them I am relaxed but it’s too relaxing.
5882236 tn?1377621424 About two weeks later, I reduced my Prilosec to once a day, and stopped taking the other drugs. One week later, I started getting these symptoms again. This time I am notice a lot of upper back pain that is going along with the heartburn. I went to the Dr. today and he assured me that Upper Back Pain is not uncommon with GERD, Dr. did a blood test to check my Pancreas and results showed Lipase level was slightly elevated. Dr.
Avatar n tn I was convinced that I had gallstones because the symptoms matched perfectly and the pain comes on after eating greasy or fatty foods. I did a liver cleanse and ordered a gold coin grass tincture to soften up any stones in there, and have been drinking gallons of organic apple juice. The pain comes and goes, but I've been on a diet for the past week to try to keep the pain away, I'm not eating red meats or fatty foods. Mostly all fruits and salads and fresh vegetable and fruit juices.
Avatar f tn The high fat is unlikely to be the problem. High fat is more likely to cause pancreatitis, if anything. But most kd dogs need a higher fat diet, because the protein is being restricted - and they need to get the energy from something in the diet, fat being the most obvious first choice. Low blood volume will show up on certain blood tests, particularly RBC, albumin and certain other levels.
Avatar n tn your body will just send it out that way and cause discomfort ..even though some dr. dont believe in natural remedies..I went all over reading about how your diet should change..and it must change if you no longer have a gallbladder!
Avatar m tn Please be very careful about entrusting a clerk at GNC that is paid $7/hour with your health, as suggested above. The "detox" and GI cleansing remedies some recommend have been around for a while as part of "alternative medicine". You can generally read more about them on Quackwatch.com.
