Same thing Cherie except the meat is differant I believe it is
ground Lamb in Shepherds pie and
ground beef in Cottage pie, my mom used to fry it all up, sling in in an oven dish , spread mashed spuds on top ,spinkle with chedder cheese and grill till the cheese was brown, and melted ,not too heathy I think! in fact she used to cook her french fries , Chips to the Limeys out there, in LARD, yuck .I will take a peek at your recipes , peek awho.
