We started having unprotected sex about 3 months ago, and she is no longer taking valtrex because it was bothering her skin. about 5 weeks ago I noticed a white pimple on the shaft of my penis closest to my stomach. It is still there and it is not painful or anything. I did shave with a razor down there the same week it showed up and was masturbating a lot as well. Could this be a herpes symptom?
It had a black (ish) dot in the middle and I assumed this was an ingrown hair. It was painful and more uncomfortable than anything else. Eye pain can be a symptom. Mine does increase with movement and does affect my vision, but it may be different for others.

There is a chance she has an STI which can cause painful sex, bleeding during sex, and abnormal smelling/color discharge. HOWEVER, in my opinion she probably has a UTI or yeast infection. Both causes swelling of the vulva and vagina which would cause pain during sex. UTI often cause woman to frequently have to urinate yet it is painful and not much comes out. Yeast infection often causes burning while urinating but the main symptom is itchiness.
If a person has HIV ARS symptom (sore throat and dry cough, swollen painful lymph nodes behind head/neck) and his wife has the same HIV ARS symptom (sore throat and dry cough,swollen painful lymph nodes behind head/neck) after is that possible?
