Hi, this is a forum for sexually transmitted infections, is this a concern? Painful sex could be anything. Do you have any sores in the genital area?

I also think that I have many very small warts growing both inside and outside of my vagina, so that any friction to the area (sex) causes burning. I asked my doctor about it, and she recited WebMD to me. "Well, they don't hurt, so I have no idea what your problem is." ARGH. Does anyone else's warts cause pain? Could it be something else? If something else is causing the pain, I have no idea what it is. It has RUINED my sex life.

Hello lady's im just a little curious if anyone else is having issues with a burning sensation after sex like when you use the restroom it's never happen prior to me being pregnant but i am 28weeks and 3days now but it started around 17weeks omg it's awful just wondering am I the only one???

Every time I have sex now it is incredibly painful. So much so, that me and my fiance basically don't even HAVE a sex life anymore. Even his fingers hurt. It's not that I'm not turned on when we do it, cause I am, or that I'm not drinking enough water, cause I definitely do, or that there's not enough foreplay, cause there is plenty. Even tried lube. Still terrible. I've went to about 4 doctors now and they say I have an infection and keep giving me antibiotics.

Sorry off track anyway he biopsy showed that I have liched sclerosis which basic causes everything in that area to narrow causeing very painful sex especially on penetetration. So i had to put steriod cream on twice a day for two week and then twice a week forever. But since then it has helped so much. I also was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis. I am preachin on that like its no bodys business. Because since I started treatement I feel like a new person.

Or maybe you have an adenovirus infection. Adenovirus usually causes colds, bronchitis, etc but can be transferred to the penis by oral sex. Do you by any chance also have cold symptoms or itchy/red eyes? If so, no antibiotics will have any effect, but it will clear up on its own. Continue to work with your urologist on it.

Whenever I have sex with my fiancee I experience intense pain. The moment we try to start it is unbearable, and feels like I'm being torn apart. I would like any advice on what to do during sex as I have been having very painful flare ups during and sometimes for days after.
