are these contractions? im a first time mom and 38 weeks and 3 days and the pain is bearable just hurts where it bothers me n they last maybe for about 45 seconds then stop n come back every 10-15 minutes. im at school and I dont want to go to the school nurse for nothing, any advice?
Sounds like contractions to me also... I've had 3 babies... 2 csec 1 natural but experienced contractions with all.

Dear Friends, during my ovulation i normally feels pain in my lower Abdomen either right or left. Please i am worried couse i don't know if its normal or not. and again during the ovulation is it the thick strentch that appears that is the main peak day or after 2 days of it. and again i was told by my friend that after my ovulation i should not have sex with my spouse until the months ends. so that the penis will not affect the eggs if it has already formed.
My doc told me to not go in until ive had contractions for about and hr and that they should be 2 mins apart. But if you feel like youre in alot of pain, go in forget looking like a fool.

If they are a bad period cramp I think I will be able to hold that pain but I have ask other ladies where I live and they have told me that contractions are worst than period cramps.
In the past months i have noticed that i get terrible pains during my ovulation days for 7 - 10 days on my 14th day after my periods. My question to all the ladies who will come acrose my question is have i ovulated or ovulation will take place after the days of these severe days of pain. B'coz there is not discharge or anything coming out during this pain. Has my ovulation been enterapted by this pain.
