I have been experiencing extreme pain in the right breast that has put me in the hospital overnite. I had 2 ultrasounds on the breast and a mamogram. The drs. said the lymph nodes in my right breast close to my arm pit (that's where the worst pain in the breast is located) are irratated and inflammed. I am on pain meds.. What comes next? Why do/how lymph nodes get like this? I am a 38 year old female with a 16 year old son.
My recent problem is that I have been feeling extreme discomfort and radiating pain in my LEFT armpit. I felt around and discovered a lump larger than the one on the right side and more in my armpit area. I am experiencing this radiating shooting and burning pain that shoots through my left breast and up into my arm. I am a little bit worried about this because the pain in getting worse and my GP did not feel this lump.
I'm a 38, single overweight female living in South Korea. About 2 years ago I noticed a lumpy thickening in my left armpit as well as a large grainy lump on my neck on the right side. I was actually more afraid about the lump on my neck than with my armpit, mainly because I've suffered from swollen lymph nodes on and off my whole life (asthma as well as allergies) so I figured my armpit was more or less related to that.

I have pain in my right armpit which has spread across into the right breast and a little pain in the shoulder and arm. It just started when i was sitting chatting to my mother so i know its not a strain. I had a total hystorctomy when i was 32 (9 years ago) I did take HRT but i stopped it of my own accord. I have had the pain for three days now (it wakes me up at night too) I take some painkillers for this but it does not take the pain away completly.
Hi. I'm 26 and am 30 weeks pregnant. I have extreme soreness on the right side of my breast near my armpit. It doesn't necessarily hurt unless I touch it, or if my arm brushes against it and laying on it slightly hurts. So, I've of coarse avoided lying on that side or touching it. When I touch it, it feels like a sore muscle would with a slight stabbing pain. My breast does appear slightly puffy where the pain is, but no discoloration.
I haVE A 1.8CM BREAST TISSUE IN MY RIGHT ARMPIT, WHICH IS CAUSING DISCOMFORT. INCLUDING NERVE PAIN, MY SURGEON TELLS ME IT'S NOT RELATED TO THE DISCOMFORT IN MY ARMPIT. For about 1 year and 1/2 I have had occasional pain under my right armpit, but not in my armpit, under it, like in my ribs. the pain travels from under my pit to under my right breast. the pain comes and goes and can last from minutes to weeks. it hurts to breathe in when i have the pain. the doc says the xray shows nothing. help?

I have had pain in my rib right hand side just below the breast which radiants sometimes around to my back. It is not through an accident and from when it started a few months ago from being on and off, it now seems to be more constant. I am forever pushing on this dull pain and it is really getting me down. If I wake in the night and I have been sleeping on my right hand side, the pain can keep me awake for a while as I have to turn over or lay on my back until it subsides.
I have been having pain in my right breast for about a year now. The pain seems to be on the side near my arm and hurts when I press on it or stretch my arm out. I had a Mammo in January followed by and ultrasound due to that area being dense. The ultrasound found a couple of cysts but nothing more. The pain seems to be worse lately so I am concerned. I went to the doctor last week and he did and x-ray of that arm but really found nothing there.
Hi i'm 21 years old overweight woman. I've been having a lump in my right armpit and it really hurts. The first time i found it was months ago and that time it burst and kinda gone but sometimes it would appear again in my armpit (but not on the same spot), sometimes in my left armpit. I've been using ichthyol cream and doesn't seem to make it all gone.
as for my breasts, I never felt any pain on my breast or find a lump.
should i be worried?

Ok I'm kind of scared af right now because I'm afraid this is the start of a tumor but here's the situation. I have a small ball in my left chest three inches below my nipple and close to my armpit. I could feel it just today, 2 days earlier I started feeling this dull, bruise-Like feel in that area of my chest. Any pressure made it hurt. Today I can actually feel it. It's very small but hard. It's not at the surface, it feels pretty deep.
Finally I find someone that has similiar symptoms that I'm having. So far I have a lump in my breast and in my armpit. But i do feel my neck and my groin area sore. My lump feels hard to and its really deep in the armpit. i cant really tell if the lump in the armpit is smooth but the one in my breast is. Lets see what they tell me when i go on wed.
Five years ago I discovered a lump underneath my left armpit initially not painfull. Was diagnosed with breast cancer, I had a lumpectomy and 15 out of 24 lymph nodes were found to be cancerous and removed, chemo, rads & tamoxifen. I have now had a double mastectomy and re constructive surgery.

hi i have had problems since october last yr with breast pain and pain in armpits, i have had a mammogram and it was all clear, i have had four lots of antibiotics and different creams to help with pain, but i have noticed that i have a bit of rash on right breast and a swelling it is nearly twice the size of the other one , the pain goes under my arm and around back ,
I noticed mild breast pain yesterday but didn’t feel my breast heavy, I usually get tender breast before my period so It didn’t concern me that my left breast felt in pain. Until today when it was in more pain, I decided to go to urgent care, and dr told me I have an infection. She told me she was concerned because I’ve never been pregnant and I’m not breastfeeding. She says it concerns her that I developed an infection, she will send me to get a mammogram and an ultrasound.

He said a mammogram may not be necessary and gave me Vitamin E pills. I finished the 3 month course. This was 4yrs ago. I haven’t gone back to him. But still have the cysts in my breast and the lump under my arm. I cannot detect any growth in the past 4yrs, they remain of the same size. They donot move around too, fixed to the origin. Pls advice.
