When people refer to jaw pain and heart attack where on the jaw is this referring to. Is it lower jaw or up near the cheek on the upper jaw. Is the pain intense or throbbing.

I have been have episodes of left chest pain and jaw pain for about 2 months. I have had a stress echo which was normal. I had a cardiac ct with calcium scoring in which my calcium score was 0 and my arteries were clear ( they couldn't see my right coronary artery completely but they assured me it wasn't my heart). I have been on Nexium for my stomach and have been referred to a GI doctor but I continue to have this pain and jaw tightness.

It usually lasts a few minutes and then goes away. I dont have any other symptoms other than sharp chest pain, pain in my jaw, and left arm. What could this be? Is it possible to have a heart attack at 25?

I was admitted to the hospital for the night and had an ecg chest xray and various blood tests inc d dimer and troponin and everything was fine so i was sent home. I saw a cardiologist a few weeks later and had another ECG and echocardiogram and everything came back fine. He said my heart was perfectly normal. After this the GP diagnosed me with costochondritis. The pain i was having in my chest was awful.

For about a year now I have been having stabbing chest pain only occurring at night during sound sleep.
