Avatar f tn I'm used to working out every day..I used to do INSANITY and P90X but ever since I found out I'm pregnant, I've been nauseous and so exhausted that I've hardly worked out at all. I'm a couple weeks away from my 2nd trimester so I'm hoping to start working out again. Anyone on here working out while pregnant? What kinds of workouts are best?
Avatar n tn I want to workout my abs and thighs. Any workouts that you have in mind to help me workout?
Avatar f tn Same situation as you! Don't listen to all this dieting crap. There are se fab ab workouts on YouTube or just make up some of your own! Cut out lots of sugar but don't deprive youself! On demand also has some workouts you'll love.
Avatar f tn I want to know too!! I haven't checked YouTube yet either.
Avatar f tn I am 16 and recently started exercising with my volleyball team. We have been doing P90X, weights, pull-ups, abs, and lots of running. However, lately I've been having lower stomach pains. I feel that maybe I'm hungry, but the pain is still there. I've also noticed I'm not eating as much, but maybe that has to deal with the exercise? I'm not quite sure if this is normal, but I wanted to see anyways.
Avatar f tn If you go to YouTube.. type in pregnancy fit workouts, cardio..toning, etc!! Thats exactly what I do now and those workouts def work!! Good luck to you as well:) have fun!!
Avatar f tn or T25 workouts. These are videos of quick 20 min workouts that are intense but burn a lot of calories and they work your entire core. Take a peek at these on YouTube they are great and they work.
4437866 tn?1388119624 I am still doing zumba twice a week and yoga as much as I can. It is helping me feel better this pregnancy than I have in my others. I love zumba! I just don't do all the jumping now. I did p90x after my last pregnancy and it worked wonders so I think I will do that again.
Avatar m tn I have had right side rib and chest pain for four months after P90x workouts. I am a healthy 27 year old male 6'3" 190 pounds. I have had x-rays, blood tests and an ultrasound but no MRI yet. I feel like it's most likely bad muscle tearing or other injury from the workouts as everything else came up negative.
Avatar f tn If you use the internet, there are workouts etc on YouTube
Avatar f tn OK girls do any of you have plans set up already on what you are going to do to lose weight? Like workouts or special diets, or pills? Any tricks that have worked for you any ideas or suggestions? I need to lose all the weight I gained.
Avatar m tn At the end of August I was continuing to do P90x workouts although not in great shape but good enough to keep up with them. I went bowling one night after I was already sore from a vigourous workouts throughout the week. Ever since then I have had moderate to severe pain underneath and behind my right rib cage and into my chest. It feels like a have a ball stuck behind there many times and I can't even sleep on my right side.
4845170 tn?1369102292 Hey ladies! I am huge into fitness and have been all cleared for light jogging and such through my pregancy. But I used to do p90x and obviously that's out of the question now! What kind of things are you ladies doing to stay in shape? My back is starting to get a little achey so I am cutting back on the jogging for now. Any 2nd trimester fit mamas?
Avatar n tn Try to contour them so it will look like you have bigger boobs.
Avatar f tn I also think the wii fit is a good place to start. It gets you moving and you can do it in the privacy of your living room. I also used p90x, but don't suggest you purchase it unless you are serious about working out from home every day. The work outs take about an hour. Beachbody is the company that sells p90x and they have lots of other programs on their website that you could try. I've used a few and I know several people who have as well so I know it's a reputable company.
Avatar f tn When my dr said no restrictions she said I could still do p90x or insanity meaning hardcore workouts and jumping Jacks running etc.
Avatar f tn d say squats back workouts ,YouTube has so many good workouts for pregnant women u can watch if u dont kno how to do them... And eating healthy , i only gained like 10bs ,in my pregnancy... but everyone is diff, the more your active the quicker you get back in shape..
Avatar f tn Look on YouTube for maternity workouts. I like walking the treadmill and zumba. I want to stay active this pregnancy. I wish it was warm outside. I love walks.
1416560 tn?1304876070 I recently got p90x. I am excited to use it! Has anyone else done it and how did you find it? What were your results?
Avatar f tn I've been having problems with working out too. I'm 26 weeks with twins, I've been swimming but the last two times I had cramping for several hours afterward. I don't want to stop so I'm just going to take it way easier and listen to my body. Although last night in bed I did have very strong cramping that lasted about a minute and came on every 5 minutes about three times. I hope it's normal and my Dr doesn't tell me to stop working out all together.
Avatar f tn After my second I started taking her for walks when she was only 5 days old. I was doing p90x around 4 or 5 weeks so that was way more than my dr wanted to see. For me and I think with any exercise program you should take cues from your body. Take it slow and don't push it. You need to ease back into a routine. I started with walking and worked my way up to heavy exercise. I did have to cut back because it was lowering my milk supply.
Avatar n tn I get a feeling like I am short of breath only while I am talking, and I constantly clear my throat. I also cough during workouts. Sometime a lot, sometime no cough at all. I exercise 6 days a week doing HIIT traing and P90x. I am never short of breath during strenuous exercise. I am a fit, muscular 38 year old male, 6 feet 1inch tall and 190lbs, I have chronic sinusitis and post nasal drip. I had a pretty recent x-ray that showed peribronchiial cuffing.
Avatar f tn I recently started exercising at home because I do not have the time to go to a gym whatsoever. Luckily for me I found this girl on YouTube, Joanna Soh, and follow her video exercises. Check her channel out and tell me if it works for you ;) If you were enrolled in a gym and had your exercise routines, follow those and mix them up with some of hers, if not and you are just starting, I recommend to begin exercising 3 times a week and go from there with light cardio at first.
Avatar f tn I usually look up youtube videos on prenatal cardio, yoga, etc. They have a big variety of videos with pregnant instructors showing you how to do the workouts and you just follow along with them just like any other workout videos. Best of luck to you!
