Hi lady's I'm 18 weeks preg.im very sick with nausea since week 6 and I have trouble to drinking all I can drink its ginger&lemon tea and also help for nausea! But I just wondering to drink 1-1.5 liter ginger tea a day it's not gonna effect my baby ??
I want to quit taking oxycodone sick of being on it! I had neck surgery three months ago before that I was on Morphine xr 60 mg and oxycodone 20mg and soma I now quit taking the Morphine regulary I only use it now if it's my last resort. I am taking about 25 milligrams a day of Oxycodone and want to get off of it without using Seboxin or Methadone. I don't want to trade one drug for another! help please give some advice. Herbs? food? dosage to cut down?
I'm sorry you are feeling so rough. During my detox, I always had the roughest time in the evening and at night. I'm not sure what that was about. Hang in there and fight this. Try some ginger. It really does help. Please don't give up. This will pass and then you will have your life back very soon.
The only thing that is helping is Ginger ale. I have drank 2 huge glasses of it. I have also drank water. Do you think this is to much sugar for baby? I'm 34w0d.
I've never heard of ginger tea inducing ginger. I drank it my whole first trimester for my stomach. Also it's best to wait for your baby to come on their own.
Is it ok to have lemon and ginger tea??

Ive read in so many places that ginger is good for morning sickness, but ive also read not to take too much because it could be bad for the baby, to only use it to season food and not to drink ginger tea or to eat it. So ive quit using it but it was helping. Just wondering if anyone knoes anything about this?

I have been taking oxycodone for the last three months. Pure form, rapid release. At first it was maybe 20mg a day, but quickly I was up to 60-80mg per day.
Saturday I ran out of Oxycodone.
I felt terrible on Sunday, and I took a total of 65mg of hydrocodones and didn't feel any better.
Today is Monday, and I have taken 22.5mg so far of hydrocodone. My stomach is very upset and I don't feel well at all. Am I detoxing from the Oxy's while taking the hydrocodone?
Then I ended up in the ER, they told me nothing but gave me hydrocodone and oxycodone, the hydrocodone helps with the pain but only the oxycodone makes it go away for a little while. I noticed that every day the pain got worse as the day went on as well as my lower abdomen would begin to bloat until it was sticking out a good 4-6 inches and its almost hard and I can not pass gas.
Does anyone know a pharmacy in the saint pete-sarasota area that has oxycodone 30mg in stock yet? I had 180 30 mg tabs filled at a compounding pharmacy last month and that was a HUGE mistake....not only have I been vomiting for a month, but I paid 4.00 per pill and they seemed maybe 1/2 as strong as my usual dose .I so wish this mess was resolved....

Welcome and first thing I want to tell you is that you will get a lot of help here. This forum is so amazing and the members are wonderful.
Second thing I want to tell you is... breathe. It's going to be okay. You can do this. I cold turkeyed off of opiates and xanax at the same time and I did this on my own at home. Not that I would recommend this, because if I did have any other options, I would have taken them.
It could be a variety of things such as the flu. Sometimes the gas can cause that general nauseated feeling and usually takes about a week to work it's way out. Hat I would do is have someone pick you up some gravol, mints and ginger tea this should help.
So why am I internet searching and come across ginger root tea as an induction. Im getting a c section Wednesday but it sounds so good right about now I think I'm going to try it. I love tea.
Has anyone tried drinking fresh ginger tea. My doctor suggested it but not sure how much to drink im 39w + 3days.
