Is Oxybutynin dangerous to dogs? I am not sure my dog ate a pill, but I did drop 1 or 2 on the floor. I found one. My 6-month-old spaniel/lab mix is about 30 lbs.
Funny enough you mention this I took Oxybutynin for awhile and a bit excessively, I keep thinking that this messed up my gut and caused this curse of a phenomenon.

I'm 33 year old male, I was diagnosed with phimosis 2yrs ago. I've been having the constant urge to urinate but with only a low flow and sometimes spraying. I've been through testing for uti, std, bladder cancer (cystoscopy) but yet know one can give me an answer as to why I always have the urge. I've taken meds (flomax, oxybutynin, and diptromin) none of them worked. Help!!! I'm to young for this to be happening.

I am a 32 male, 5'10, 205lbs. I work out 5-6 times a week and eat on the healthier side. As far back as I can remember I get hot extremely easily and sweat profusely on my forehead, middle of my chest, and middle of my back. The heat seems to come in almost a wave, and I can feel it rising until it reaches my head(hope this description makes sense), and I can never seem to cool down. An odd part about this is, on occasion, my feet will be extremely cold at the same time.

Get your urologist or GP to prescribe you an anti-spasmodic medication. I use Oxybutynin, as it works best for me, but there are numerous others on the market.
Are you sure your stone is 4cm??? That's awfully large for a kidney-stone. There are 'staghorn' stones that form inside the kidney itself and fill the cavities of the kidney (the 'poles' of the kidney) that may get that large, but the chances of having a 4cm stone in your bladder are slim.
s office - mn gastro just called to say that Target/Triessent cannot supply this med as the manufacturer does not have it. I am terrified - need the procrit to complete last 12 weeks of tx -- can anyone help me out with this?
PS. The other drugs I'm taking are...Chlortalidone, Oxybutynin, and Lisinopril. I take cal/citrate, fish oil, flax and E along with those prescribed meds.
My 7 y.o. is awaiting a pediatric urology appt but is currently taking oxybutynin 10 mg. After months of her primary thinking it was vag related, a ped gyn dx'd bladder contraction/spasms. These are daily... all day... and now waking her in the night. She is going half crazy from the constant discomfort, which she eases by pressing on her vag area. This is interfering, of course, with her everday life.

It was taken in Hong Kong but test description only says-Hiv1/2 Ag/Ab (by CMIA), hence I wished to enquire about manufacturer. Not sure if any one other than Abbott manufactures 4th generation CMIA test
The test was done from old and well known lab prescribed by my doctor.
Can changing the manufacturer on your medicine cause them to lose effectiveness or how they are making you feel? Our insurance changed, and when it did I had to go to mail order meds. Since I've had to change, I have been struggling with my moods like I did before medication. (not quite as severe, but it's been a few years since my moods have taken such a severe dive)
Any advice or thoughts would be so welcomed. I cannot handle feeling like this much longer.............

hello I also have I.C. and have had a full hysterectomy over a year ago and I think that's what caused mine I love how you put how you feel me to, I can't remember the last time I felt good I take Elmiron 100mg and Oxybutynin it helps alot and Pyridum it turns your pee orange and stains panties but takes the burn out of it when I pee.
Also I urinat about 20 times a day and about 15 times at night yes I have tried vesicare and oxybutynin. I also have just had a bladder distention but all this was going on before the bladder distention.
I am a 42 year old female who experience pain after urination that last approx 5 to 10 minutes, I have had a bladder scan and no abnormalities was reveal and was placed on Oxybutynin 5mg twice a day and phenazopyridine hcl 100mg three times a day for a month now and the same pain continues. Why do I experience pain after urination.
Sometimes anticholinergic medications like oxybutynin (ditropan), detrol or vesicare may help. Please consult your doctor, he will prescribe appropriate medications for you.

i went to a doctor several times, they checked my urine, did psa test, did post void ultrasound and said everything is normal. doctor prescribed some oxybutynin which after doing research, i found out is for overactive bladder, but i dont have any of the symptoms that i found listed for this condition. anyway, i was desperate so i said to doctor i will give it a try but there is no improvement whatsoever after taking pills for over 2 weeks.
any idea?
Hi all, a bit about my history, have had an overactive bladder treated for about last 20 years with oxybutynin and whilst not perfect, everything was fine to live a normal lifestyle, play sports, gym, go out drinking etc, I’m now 38, male.
A couple of years ago I felt like what was a trapped nerve around my coccyx area and was unable to sit down for a couple of days, the pain was excruciating.
If so, what manufacturer makes it? Muscle weakness from Baclofen has been very difficult for me and I am injuring muscles more. In the past, Northstar and Upsher made pills that didn't weaken the muscles as much, but then they changed the formula. Now they weaken muscles far more. Or if you take Baclofen from another manufacturer that does cause significant weakness, tell me which one that is.
The problem comes in when pharmacies buy from different manufacturers. They changed the manufacturer of my T3 med, once and I went downhill in a hurry. I had tell them, which manufacturer I will accept T3 med from, so they flagged my account accordingly.
As MichyDevon said, each manufacturer uses different fillers/binders to which you could react adversely. If you find one that you do well on, there shouldn't be any reason not to take it, so long as your doctor is okay with it.
