In the meantime, one thing you can do is start keeping a journal of al of your symptoms. Be as specific as possible about what cycle day you are on, pain level, what the pain feels like, how long it lasts and what you do/take for it, and where the pain is.

Did an OB/GYN give you these results (not the ultra sound tech or nurse)? They should have given you some sort instructions in terms of follow-up. I would be worried too if they just gave me information and didn't explain it to me.
Assuming you are dealing with an OB/GYN could you call them and ask the questions you have? I know it's scary sometimes, but you deserve to have all of your questions answered.

I have had ovarian cysts in the past. I also have gi symptoms including alot of gas, and some pain under my breasts, upper rib cage. I don't have any bloating, or increased abdominal size. I recently had a colonoscopy which was normal. The dr is sending me for a cat scan to check for kidney stones and ovarian cysts. I am very worried this could be ovarian cancer. I have afamily history of colon cancer (father). Am i being irrational, or should I be very worried?

Also, I had a second opinion and this doctor told me that with a laparoscopy it would be enough. At the same time, I am worried since I have no kids and if they remove everything I can't have any. But keep in mind that ovarian cysts are a normal part of the menstrual cycle. Sometimes though they hang around longer than normal and, less rarely, they are problematic and need to be removed such as if they get too large or look suspicious.

Yes this is appropriate for ovarian cyst treatment. She may have some bloating like a period and even carmping for a couple of days.
Cysts are eggs that form and don't release. They are ususally recurrent, often cause pain then rupture on their own. Common treatment is birth control pills which stops ovulation. See a GYN so you can avoid the ER next time.
I have been dealing with Ovarian Cysts of and on for the past 5 years. They topically just come and go never have I been in pain from them and the never got any bigger than a centimeter. I just had an ultra sound that showed a large black mass attached to my right ovary. I have an IUD in place and for the past month I have had abdominal pain ranging from sever to managable. I also have bouts of nausea and constipation.
It may help you avoid future cysts if you get treatment now. Often, hormones can be out of balance without PCOS and it causes those same symptoms. Usually, birth control pills are recommended to try to get your hormones regulated in cases where your system is out of balance.
