Hi I don't think cysts interfere with your period I had one many years ago and still got my period but then I did end up going into hospital as I lost a baby but I don't think it was the cyst I just think natures way of saying it wasn't right hope this helps

Alright, well I'm late on my period by 12 days now and last night I was feeling my stomach and lower area where my ovaries are, and I felt a lump on my left one.
