had the ct scan yesterday and they found nothing. No kidney stones, appendix looks ok and no ovarian cysts. I feel like I am back to square one! Went straight back to the doctors in the afternoon and she is puzzled. She said she wants to look at the ct scan/analysis herself and to see me again on Monday. She's given me some extra pain killers and told me to take the following. 8x paracetamol, 3x diclofenac, 4-8 codeine a day.

Been to the doctor and they gave me some pain meds and scheduled me for another ultrasound to determine when the surgery is. I have not felt pain like this since I was diagnosed. The right ovary is enlarged and measures 8.2 x 4.9 x 4.0 cm. There is a complex ovarian mass that measures 5.3 x 3.1 x 3.6 cm fine low level internal echoes. Those cysts could easily be contributing to back pain and some or all of your other symptoms. Maybe some are side effects from those medicines and thyroid issues, but I cannot say for sure.
