I am on 2 birthcontrol pills to manage endometriosis and ovarian cysts. I went to my obgyn for a visit and mentioned it she ordered a ultrasound for gallstones since it's a side effect of the pill. It came out negative. Now pretty much everytime I eat I'm getting nauseous. Not diarrhea or computing everytime but really sick to my stomach. Now tonight I ate just some vegetables for dinner and 1 slice of baked chicken. Got instantly sick. With the diarrhea not vomiting.
I was recently diagnosed with liver cysts and an enlarged pancreatic duct through ultrasound. I am waiting to get a ct scan.
I have upper right pain (like a dull ache) in my abdomen just below my right rib cage which radiates to my back. Don't think I have any other symptoms. The pain seems to be getting stronger over time.
I am worried this could be cancer and the wait for the ct scan is very hard.
Is there anyone that has had the same symptoms and ultrasound findings?
These pranayam (breathing techniques) will help to gradually reduce the cysts and gallstones. Do it twice a day, with eyes closed and no distractions.

Kidney cysts are normally painless and they are common. Also kidney pain is usually experience in the flank area of your back and your side.

Have had a history of cysts, gallstones, several abnormal PAP smears (first abnormal at 17 yrs old) - 2014 PAP resulted in a colposcopy & biopsy; have high risk HPV. While all of this has been occuring, over the past 4 months I have had very abnormal vaginal bleeding. My periods have always been regular up until 4 months ago. I haven't had a "normal" period in about that time.
Hello, I am hoping that someone has had some experience with ovarian cysts and the use of birth control (nuva ring) to prevent ovulation. My doctor started me on the nuva ring in hopes that it would help with the pain from bilateral ovarian simple cysts that measure 5cm and 4.2 cm. If anyone has experience with this type of treatment please respond to the following questions. Does birth control help with the pain from ovarian cysts? Does using birth control help ressolve the existing cysts?
Ovarian cysts can be benign or malignant but the majority (over 90%) are benign. A lot depends on your age and what type of cyst it is - functional, dermoid, etc. Your doctor hopefully will let you know if there is anything to be concerned about. You can google "ovarian cysts" to get more information so you know what questions to ask at your appointment. Please let us know how it goes.
What is the difference between ovarian cysts and ovarian cancer. I haven't had a period for 3 months now and I have a sharp pain in my lower right side, as well as back pain, especially in the mornings. once in a while i am off balance when walking. i am bloated, and a lot of times i don't have an appetite.
Abdominal or back pain on the fight could be from kidney stones, appendicitis, constipation, gallstones, or ovarian cysts/torsion in women (among other less common things). If the pain persists it seems reasonable to see a doctor or an emergency room if over the weekend.
This pain goes directly into my ribcage in my back and is excruciating! I have already been tested for gallstones by every measure and everything is normal. The question I have for anyone is, is it posssible for my OBGYN to check this upper abdominal area of pain during my laparascopy or will he only be able to check my pelvic region during this procedure. Do ovarian cysts cause extreme fatigue? I have for cysts. One of them is a complex cyst measuring 4cm. I have had them for at least a year and being treated with birth control. I get abdominal pain, back pain, pain on my thighs, bloating and nausea. However, what really affects my daily life is the fatigue. I am always very tired, I feel like everything aches and just want to sleep. I work but lack the energy to go through an entire day without feeling I need to sleep!
saw dr this am and said I had had a scan which revealed gallstones and all he said was to wait until he had received a letter from them.
saids again about abdominal symptons and all he said was scans I had over a year ago were negative,.
