Avatar m tn I just have a simple question in which getting different answers - can a severe hydronephrotic left kidney cause abdominal pressure, and frequent urination as the two main symptoms or are these symptoms not related to hydronephrosis and are strictly bladder related also 2 ovarian cysts, can they cause these symptoms
Avatar f tn For about the past two weeks I have had some extreme fatigue and dizziness. I also have gas, not feeling hungry, and frequent urination. I have been told to take Aleve and birth control pills. From what I currently understand is that this treatment won't make the cyst go away and wont help with the dizziness or urination. This has been interfering with my daily life as I have been having a hard time focusing and staying awake in class as well as using the bathroom about twice each class.
Avatar f tn I have no other symptoms, except like you I do have frequent urination. I feel fine, have no pain or pressure and my only complaint is the frequent urination, although I'm on a high fiber diet and drink 80 ounces of water a day, so I'd expect to have frequent urination. I'm trying to decide whether to leave the cyst alone since it's not bothering me and since everything else on the CT scan appeared clean.
Avatar f tn I have gained around 10 lbs in the past month, my stomach is bloated, breasts are swollen, cravings, ovary pain, frequent urination, irritability, vomiting, frequent migraines............ I have had problems with ovarian cysts before and now only have 1 ovary. What is wrong with me??
Avatar f tn I am 28 years old and am at my end! I have been through hell. I always get ovarian cysts that usually disolve on their own with my period. I had a laporoscopy at 21 and this month my 2 cysts on both ovaries seems to be hurting me extremely bad, the doctor told me it has stuff inside of it and wants me to go back on BC pills.
Avatar n tn Did you have frequent urination as a symptom of ovarian cysts? That seems to be mymost prominent symptom . That and I seem to never be able to fully empty my bladder. Also mild occasional pain in the low belly but this is a minor symtom that Im not concerned about really. Just wondering how often urinary frequency is connected with an ovarian cyst. THANKS!
Avatar f tn Hello, Frequent urination is not a sign of ovarian cysts. Mostly they are symptomless But Ovarian cysts can, however, cause problems if they twist, bleed, or rupture. The pinching pain can be due to adhesion formations in the area where the surgery was done. If you are apprehensive regarding the status of your pregnancy you can get it checked. Most home pregnancy tests that check urine beta-HCG are sensitive to 20-25 mIU/ml of HCG.
Avatar f tn i had this pain on my left lower abdomen since 3 mnth and frequent urination since 2 years ago... is it possible to concieve in the future? Am i at risk for ovarian cancer..since we donot have history of ovarian cancer in our family..
Avatar f tn A small fibroid inside my uterus AND a 6x6 cm left ovarian cyst. I have had left sided discomfort/pain/bloating/frequent urination, etc for 1 week. My trip is in 3 weeks. Unsure when a GYNE can see me/if I'll need surgical intervention. Scared/worried/unsure.
Avatar n tn What are the lingering effects of a ruptured ovarian cyst? I've had cysts before but this one is different. It ruptured almost two weeks ago, causing extreme abdominal pain. I recognized the pain so I went to an urgent care the next day instead of the ER. A few days later, I began having lower back pain. Now I have other symptoms such as fatigue, moodiness, lighter/shorter periods, frequent urination. My appetite has changed.
Avatar f tn I am having a colonoscopy done on 25/7 to see what comes up, but have a few symptoms (pelvic pain and cramping like period type pain, frequent urination, pain with intercourse, loss of appetite and feeling full quickly) doesn't quite fit with GI related problems, although I guess I can't know for sure as I'm no doctor. Thank you, guess will just have to wait for the colonoscopy and see what happens from there. Best wishes to you too.
Avatar n tn I have been experiencing frequent urination for 5 years now (I have to pee every 30mins or so). Its absolutely awful and sometimes I have a burning sensation after I pee. I've noticed though that when I'm ovulating and I have lots of discharge the frequency is slightly less. I've gone for several tests over the years; it's not uti, cysts or diabetes and I don't think it's an STD since I am a virgin.
Avatar f tn Abnormal bleeding can be due to various other reasons like endometrial hyperplasia, ovarian cysts, hormonal imbalance, PCOS etc. Check up with a gynaecologist and an ultrasound scan will help make matters clear. Take care and good luck.
Avatar n tn Meant to mention.... the cystitis will cause burning, and frequent urination and blood in the urine.. (used to get that frequently) so I'd check further with that..
Avatar m tn frequent urination, nausea, night sweats, fatigue, lightheadedness. Can anyone tell me if they experienced any of these. I can't tell if it is normal or from my nerves. I am conviced the cyst will be malignant and am terrified!
Avatar f tn I have ovarian cysts and I didn't feel this kind of pain with pregnancy. You should feel much pain with pregnancy, especially at the beginning.
Avatar f tn I go back for a follow up ultrasound on the 30th but in the mean time, as most of us are, I am concerned that I should be doing more testing. Like I said, I have been reading up on the cysts and ovarian cancer symptoms for quite some time and am not sure if I should be worried or am I making too much of this. No one in my family has had cancer.
Avatar f tn 1 cm. A few small subcentimeter left follicular ovarian cysts are identified. There is no longer evidence of previously described 2.0 cm complex left ovarian cyst. The right ovary measures 3.8 x 2.0 x 4.0 cm and contains a thick walled complex right ovarian cyst measuring 3.4 x 1.4 x 4.0 cm. This was not noted on prior MRI examination. Clinical correlation and close follow-up is recommended. Small amount of free fluid is noted within the cul-de-sac. Impression: Status post hysterectomy.

471707 tn?1207674576 Hi there. I also have a history of ovarian cysts and by what I know, when they are enlarged it's better to get them checked to see if they are benign or not. The CA - 125 is normal, but it's not generally used to indicate if a person has cancer or not. It's mostly used to see how women who have been given treatment for ovarian cancer have responded to it. I think you should consult a gyno-oncologist.
Avatar f tn I have frequent urination and buring pain during urination sometimes, but I never had any symptoms of ovarian cyst. I have an appt. with Onco/Gyn on 18th aug, he will decide my fate.
Avatar f tn You find more symptoms like frequent urination, pressure, pain and fullness. The burning pain sounds more like a rupture. You should be sure to get a transvaginal ultrasound to check your ovaries and determine if you have a cyst. I hope you feel better soon!
Avatar f tn I had an answer, a reason for the pain and frequent urination that I continue I experience. And now I am questioning whether a cyst that shrunk so much could have caused and could still be causing y symptoms. I have had frequent urination for at least a year and a half. I have had recurrent UTIs for six months, and have now had right hip, pelvic and back pain for at least a month. What is going on inside my body?!?!?
