The Dr's tell me having my hips replaced will cure most of the pain. I am now bone on bone , no cartiledge with cysts. I am just worried I have waited too long as now I have lost my muscle tone am not able to exercise at all now, sleeping more than an hour or so at a time is not possible most nights. My legs have a weird feeling now are numb and my feet and tingle.

I did everything right for most of my life, and now at 53 (starting around 50) I am so sick and miserable. I'm sure the MS people might feel the same. There's nothing wrong with what you are saying, but I also get angry when people tell me, *oh, just change your diet and lose weight.

She mentioned the OBTURATOR nerve. Upon research I agreed that this was the nerve that had me jumping up from chairs and needing to get out of the car on any long rides.

I'm glad to learn that I'm not the only one suffering like this, but I'm sad that you all have to go through this torture too. My daughter wants me to go see an acupuncturist, I'm calling them tomorrow. Peace.
Avatar n tn Naproxen could help but acyclovir and the like will reduce the duration or even prevent attacks in the future. My best remedy is prevention. Know your limit and step down activities. Sleep at normal time. My body clock goes mental after 12am; unless I'm having a party and will sleep once over.
Avatar n tn He did several X-rays and told me I had osteoarthritis in my lower back and he thought I may have Fibromyalgia, but he wanted to rule out Lupus and a few other Autoimmune diseases, and also he wanted to do a vitamin D test. Everything came back normal except for the Vitamin D test, which was 16.

The best part is that there is no weight gain side effect. In fact, I've started to lose weight again. I also started kickboxing around the same time and it has helped with the mobility of my hips, as well as helping me feel more energetic.
